They make sure we can print to our printers and log in on our computers and access our network - when something is not working, they will fix it so I don't have to spend hours trying to figure it out. They can investigate suspicious looking emails to verify it's legit so I don't click on it and expose all our computers to malware. They set us up with secure email so we can send confidential patient information without violating HIPAA. This is just what I see on a day to day basis. In all seriousness, I know they're also doing SO MUCH MORE behind the scenes to ensure the safety and security of our data and our equipment. They are constantly monitoring our data and equipment to make sure everything is working properly (we receive weekly and monthly reports, and get a check in call with Arash each year to review everything and get recommendations).
