I got a pound of baby backs, 6 smoked wings, a medium potato salad, and a side salad, then asked the chef to fix everything up however he likes to eat it, sauce and dry rub and all. Best call I made all day. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with that perfect smoky bark. Wings had real smoke flavor, not just sauce slapped on top. Potato salad was creamy and the side salad kept things fresh. Honestly it all just worked. Huge thanks to the chef and the crew for the love and the care. You can taste it. Chef's kiss, and cheers! I was given a receipt with my order number. Really friendly and courteous staff. It's a Latinx grocery store, and the meals made are in the store. My first time going, I bought smoked ribs, and two sides for $15. When I saw the amount of ribs for that price, I was amazed. So many ribs! And, so delicious. Second time I went, fish & chips. Slaw is vinegar based so it is nice and light. Macaroni had a good texture. So good, in fact, I ended up ordering another plate to try their pork ribs. Delicious as well! Staff is friendly. It will only be a matter of time before they make a huge name for themselves! Be sure to keep up with their pop ups if you ever want to try them out!
