Great gtoup of workers super fast and very affordable..get you right back out on the road .

The guys at Woody's took care of my wife's car quickly and kept the cost reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Came to see if they could help me figure out why I'm losing air on a tire - of course there was a nail in there! Everyone was super friendly and I was seen fairly quickly (I wasn't in a rush but still much appreciated) The nail was taken care of within minutes and I was on my way! I will definitely come back for any needs involving my tires!!! Thank you !! read more

These people are so flipping nice and understanding. I had a small accident and the tire was flat but the rim was also messed up. My spare ALSO got a flat and I had no way to go to work. I was so stressed and bought a spare online that did not fit, now I was really stressing. But the guys found something that would get me by while my rim and tire were being ordered. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Super grateful for these guys! read more

Going to a mechanic can be intimidating. These guys were super relaxed & helpful. They checked to see if they had a used tire for me and then told me they only had new & provided the price immediately. Price sounded fine so I said OK & they replaced my tire in approx 15 mins and I was on my way. I've spent more time waiting at CVS for a prescription lately. Would recommend. read more

Woody's Tire Service - Tires Near Me - Everett, Massachusetts

No tire availability, place is super dirty. They have all the knowledge but need a better execution.

My whole family and I use Woody's for personal and business vehicles and equipment. They are the most professional and knowledgeable people in the business. They are great at helping people and the service is always prompt. Prices are also very fair. An asset to the community and the industry. read more

Great customer service! The men I spoke with were very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding a great resolution for my vehicle after I got screwed over by Pep Boys. I will definitely be back highly recommend! read more

Woody's Tire Service - New Rims Installed by Woodys - Tires Near Me - Everett, Massachusetts

My go-to to patch or plug a tire. They do it quickly, efficiently, and at a more than fair price. Highly recommend for any tire services.

Never again -- good techs, horrendous customer service... Brought my car in to replace a tire, left it over the weekend because shop told me they could get it done by Sunday. A saga of terribleness: (1) Woodys did not receive replacement tire from distributor over weekend; didn't ever tell me about this so I showed up on Sunday evening to discover that they had not actually fixed my car. (2) Called Woodys on Monday at 7am to ask what happened. Person I talked to told me he didn't know, but that they had the tire and if I brought my car in they could fix it in an hour. Brought car in, was told that they didn't actually have the tire & they didn't know who I'd talked to -- but whoever I'd talked to was wrong, and they wouldn't have the replacement tire until midday. And if I brought tire back after midday, it would take 45 mins to fix. (3) Brought car back after midday, tire replacement took 1.5 hrs. Actual mechanics were smart and knowledgeable & they got me the right tire, but I will never return to Woodys. Customer service / general project management here is mind-bogglingly bad. I would only go here if I had nothing better to do than actively stand over the mechanics and make sure they work on my car. They are pro-union and generally progressive and I really seriously wanted to like this shop, but WTF. read more

Had a leaky tire, called and they took me right away. In and out in 20 minutes. Rick was super helpful and friendly. Service was responsive and price was reasonable. read more

I went there today with 2 tires with nails in them. 2 men looking like they just escaped from Alcatraz came out and completely repaired my tires professionally and quickly. They are very polite and kind. I'm impressed. I'll definitely go back. read more

I got a flat tire on a U-Haul trailer on I-90 in Massachusetts while hauling a small camper home. I didn't catch his name but the guy that showed up to help me had such a good attitude it definitely helped make a bad situation a little bit better. In about 10 minutes he jacked the trailer up and replaced the tire and rim with one he brought with him. It was very fast and I made it home that night. Service was fantastic and the price was right( U-Haul paid for it). Can't say enough good about the situation. Thank you Woody's!!!! read more

Can't say enough good things about this experience. In a word- customer service was unbeatable, fast and friendly. Had a new set of tires on my baby within 24 hours and Mike was able to walk me through which tires to choose easily - the best part was he based it on what my needs were, not what he wanted to sell! Highly highly recommend. read more

Woody's Tire Service - Can't sing high enough praise! Mike helped me out - the service was outstanding and the whole process was efficient and painless! - Tires Near Me - Everett, Massachusetts

I had a hole in my tire. Called that morning, showed up that afternoon. In and out in 20 min. The guys were fantastic, super efficient and really nice. HIGHLY recommend. read more

Honestly, the guys are nice and quick. Would recommend! 50 bucks for a tire rotation wasn't great, but people gotta make money. The other reviews about customer service are ludicrous. What kind of service are people expecting with tires???? read more

Quick and generous service! Blew my tire and ran over some scrap on the road, and they were able to salvage my new tire. Very cheap which is a huge benefit for me! I was scared I was going to need a new tire but I've been driving on it now for two weeks and it's just as new. I will return to this little spot if I ever need basic tire service. Nice guys. Tip: Be careful and courteous in the parking space available. There are two entrances so sometimes people are all wonky in the lot. Just be patient and accommodating. :) read more

Locally owned and operated, no bullshit customer service and pricing, they didn't have what I needed but went the extra mile to get it for me at a competitive price, and then when I showed up and had an unexpected complication in the form of a missing lug nut key they laid out all the options and never tried to sway me into anything. Quality professionalism with the customer being the focus. The job was done super quickly! Though I have not used their 24 hour service it appears to be in demand, their vans were in and out. It's a small lot so it can get a little crowded, just slow down pay attention and communicate with other drivers and it'll be fine. read more

Christian was so helpful this morning! Answered all my questions. Definitely recommend coming to woody's tires! Quick & so easy! Someone get Christian a raise!!!! read more

Note: they are very busy! I left my car here overnight when my car got a flat tire in the Tex Williams Tunnel. The staff were professional, friendly, and obviously are the tire experts if Everett. They also saved my tire somehow (it was completely flat) and it only cost $18! Rates are slightly cheaper if you bring cash. read more

The best. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and lightning fast. I showed up with a leak in a tire and they told me to pull right around. One of the guys jumped behind the car and told me to slowly roll backward while he watched from under the car for where the leak was coming from. Boom - 10 minutes after pulling in I was on my way. These guys are LEGIT. Do not go anywhere else - no games, just A+ service at incredible prices. read more

Definitely not a polished tire shop, but compare $300 plus for a new tire to $10.00 for a tire repair without gimmicks or trying to sell you something else, you can't beat this place. I went in at 9:00 am with a nail in my tire, they removed it patched it and had me on my way 20 minutes later.. They were very friendly and professional, I'd recommend them. read more

Amazing service, got a nail on the rear left tire, when I showed up they were already close but some of the staff was still there. They took care if me right away and fixed my tire, thank you so much for the help I really appreciate it!!! Best of luck and stay safe!! read more

They were very nice and super quick! The triple A guy recommended Woody's and I'm glad I went there.

Went to this place several times (with no appointment) over the last winter and spring, due to nails in my tires. don't be fooled by the initial appearance (dirty, loud tire stacks everywhere) - the staff here is friendly, accommodating and the services reasonably priced. read more

Great experience here. First of all Woody's appearance and location is right out of central casting. This would be the tire business Hollywood would want in a movie. After some jerk at Town Fair Tire (Everett on 9/8/20) tried to force me to buy two run flats when I only needed one I said see you later and found Woody's on Yelp. I called up and told him I needed a Hancook Optimo H426 205/45R17 88v. The man said I don't have it but let me see if I can get He put me on hold and said he'd be ready in 1 hour. I drove there from Charlestown. A worker came out and asked me what I needed. I told him I called and he said Great. I'll take the wheel and tire. He went inside and came out and said "I have your tire." The coolest part was he said pull the car up and stay in the car. Then he came over and jacked up the car, took off the mini donut spare on my Cooper and put on the new tire. He helped me put the spare tire back in the dumb Mini cooper spare tire compartment and I paid the bill right on the spot. All done outside in about 15 minutes form arriving until driving away. This is how to get it done. I highly recommend this place for straight forward tire changing instead of all the BS you will get from the big chains like Town Fair tire. read more

Father & son business... an old time garage. They repaired my tire in minutes. Honest friendly service.

These guys are great! I had tires recently rotated at Pep Boys. I had an previous issue and needed to take of one of the tires to look at the suspension. The lug nut were extremely over tightened, and I ended stripping two of them badly. I went around to many shops (including Pep Boys) and they were either torqued too high, they didn't want to try, or the were going to charge close to $100 to get them off. Other told me i'd need someone with a blow torch or air chisel to break them off. The guy at NTB recommended I try this shop. They got to me right away, they said they'd give it a shot. I wish i knew the guys name, but he had to put in work! He eventually had to jump on the wrench to get them off, but he got both of them off in about 20 min! I asked how much I owed and he said no charge. I felt bad cause I didn't have cash to tip or something. He saved me a ton of money and time. As for their regular tire services, I'm not sure. But several people came through for various tire repairs, and they seemed to be very quick and professional. Most people left with a huge "Thank You" and a smile on their face, so I assume they do a good job. If I have a reason, I'll come back to this shop for sure! read more

Had a flat before work and needed to get it looked at ASAP. There was a nail in tire from all of the road work they're doing EVERYWHERE lately. Saw this place and decided to check it out. Service was great-- were able to help me in less than 10 minutes and have me on my way for a reasonable price. I've driven by here daily for years and never even noticed it-- glad I found it. Would definitely come here again should I end up in a similar situation. read more

Service was fast. I called ahead and they got 4 hard to find tires for me ready. They had the lock but device for my rim. Total time for 4 tires changed was about 40 minutes. Staff was quick and mike was a gentleman to my girlfriend. Thanks woodys! read more

Woody's is behind the diner. They are always working on something but never too busy to ask what you need. I've been here a few times for tire repair/replacement. Very honest prices, quick service, great communication. The Chelsea government might want to make more of an effort to allocate funding for paving all the roads across the entire width and breadth of the city but don't hold your breath. In the meantime, Woody's will fix your tire(s). read more

Positive positive review quick straight to the point easy, definitely a place to go for your tire repairs

12.15.18 12:00 these guys were a little busy as normal. Didnt stop them from knocking out a quick spare loose tire. Answered all my questions completely, discussed future tire purchases. I got a real education in tires. The fellow that serviced me sold me a used tire as my spare. He heard a noise and told me his tire was bad. I did not know what the noise was, i thought it was the bead seating. He toke it off the rim after doing all that work. He was not going to sell me a bad tire, I would not have known....my hats off to them and their quality servicing. He toke the time to go through tire details so i can make a better future decision, even sensor and dynamics needs in tires. I have been to them four times in ten years. The last set of four I bought were slightly used and they went five years on two vehicles. Same quick honest service every time, prices are always below many other shops offering same or larger services. They dont have a problem if you watch them work. It is a small area but they bang out customers very quickly... They get all of my future business if I can help it! thumbs up guys. read more

BEST SERVICE! Went in for low tire pressure, they told me within 30 seconds of my arrival that I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it right away, took maybe 10 minutes, and were the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Car issues always are a pain and this was the easily the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with my car. I got there at 740 am, left at 755, and only had to pay $18. These guys are GREAT!!!! 200% recommend. read more

I called and ordered tires and paid an $80 deposit. Literally eleven minutes later I called back because I thought there was a pricing mistake because Town Fair had the same tires, mounted and balanced for $190 cheaper. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more but I'm in a very hard financial situation lately and Woody's was always the best, so I thought. They refused to refund my deposit (ELEVEN MINUTES LATER)! I've purchased all but one tire my entire life from Woodys. I take trucks there from two local commercial fleets (Adams, Chapman and Seacrest) and spent thousands there out of loyalty despite my company giving me the option to purchase tires elsewhere. I'll never take my work trucks or personal vehicles there again unless I'm refunded. I even asked if I could use the deposit as a credit in the future and they told me no. They just lost a lifelong customer and I'll certainly no longer recommend them. read more
