I am going to give Town Fair Tire a five star review for honoring all that advertisements which most higher places do not. Location : easy access on Revere Beach Parkway in Everett Supply : it seems that Town Fair Tire has an unlimited supply of every size Tire if they do not have it in stock, they will get it for you Staff: the staff that I dealt with seem honest straightforward. They were trying to be very polite and help the customers myself and others that I witnessed. Service : the service I received was top-notch. I actually had my daughters car there and installed a brand new set of tires, mounted balanced, and they give you warranty over and above the manufacturer warranty, including rotations for free every year and nail damage repair. This is the most amazing part of my whole experience. I found a set of tires online for an extremely good price. Michelin is a very high priced tires so I was trying to get the best price and have them shipped to me from the Internet so I called Town fair to see if they would install them , they told me that they have a price match guarantee so I told him the manager which I was getting and where I was going to get them from. He took it upon himself to say that he will order them and then they can install them mount them and balance them They basically charge me about $40 or so for mounting, balancing tire repair and some kind of extended warranty, including free rotation for the life of the Tire I definitely would use this Town Fair Tire if you were interested in purchasing new tires and having them installed read more

Tires replaced . the tires were replaced and the men suggested I get new sensors . I asked do I have to do all of them or just the ones he said I needed , he said if I only want to do the one it would be okay . since the tires have been replaced i have been back more than 5 times to complain the light keeps coming on check tire pressure . they make me wait for hours just t check on brand new tires and i have the warranty . Now today 8/1/25 i am on my way again because the light is back on and i know that it's gonna be another bull crap story about . I want to go somewhere else but they took all my money for 4 tires and I'm so upset . I would never recommend this place . When you have an appointment for 11:30 am, why when you get there it's 2 hours for them to change a tire. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AT THIS LOCATION. If I go to another location, ie Saugus, I am in and out. Maybe they need time management classes. Or a new manager. Will NEVER give this location my business again. I experienced a few "series of unfortunate events" and even after all of these occurred, Nick wanted to hear the story and understand what happened and was more than willing to assist in how they could make it better. I waited about 90 minutes for a tire rotation and alignment and was good to go. I also really like the waiting room, its very inviting and comfortable as you should expect to wait up to an hour for a tire appointment, if you don't want to drop off and leave. i blew out a tire on a piece of metal driving past a scrap yard home from market basket - the start of a truly chelsea/everett story. luckily i was right by townfair when i realized, so i threw my hazards on, banged an illegal u turn and pulled in. there were signs on every surface saying "MUST HAVE APPOINTMENT" but as a single mom with frozen groceries, a 4 year old in tow, and no roadside assistance, i was up a creek, and popped in anyway. I had low, low expectations, but Dennis told me he'd take a look. Even with most of his guys out with COVID, he still had a new tire on my car by the end of the day. He had to order the right brand for my car, but put something on in the meantime so I could enjoy the rest of school vacation week with my son. I was unfortunate enough to have had two flat tires while visiting Charlestown, MA in early May. My AAA driver towed me to Town Fair Tire in Everett. Dennis was wonderful, he fit me into his busy day, assessing both tires in quick order once my car was off the tow. Lucky for me, his assessment discovered that both the tires had nails in them, and that he could repair them quickly and at a very reasonable cost to me. I had slow leak in a front tire so I made an appointment for a repair and rotation @Dedham MA store 12:30 4/17 When I got there the clerk came out and looked at the REAR tire and told he couldn't do it cuz it was "8 years old". Plenty of tread -just passed inspection in January. Ditto for the rotation. So I call and explain to Town Fair customer service and that J-Off tells he talked to J-off#1 who now claims the tire had "dryrot" Now J-off#2 then claims to me that they only work on tires "10 years old" or less. No mention of any of this Bravo Sierra on their website which offers free repair and rotation. I'm happy to pay for service so long as if I don't have to listen to liars like these J-Offs read more

Went in to repair a flat tire. Stood in line for an hour (with no AC) to get an appointment. Came back a few days later, for my appointment, and stood in line for 45 minutes. They repaired the flat but instilled no confidence that it would last and Joel had a bit of an attitude . The tire immediately had a slow leak. I decided to get it replaced and called Hogan Tire and Auto. They had it in stock, and I went there. My experience was 100% better. I will never go back to Town Fair Tire. read more

I made an appt for 4 new tires and a front wheel alignment... when i got to the store, town fair i waited over 25 minutes to talk to someone... i told the man who appeared kind of helpful that i made an appt etc etc... he took keys and said it would be 2 hours..i left at 1:30 pm and went back at 4:30 3 hours later,,, the car had just gone into the garage and a different employee said he didnt kow how long it would take ???? i was so upset..i asked to speak to original person. he came out and said they were working on it.. there was like over 6 employees that i could see with my eyes. i spent almost 900 Bucks... i feel scared now after reading all these bad YELPS..i didnt leave till almost 6 PM ...4.5 hours... with over 6 employess in the store..????? I had three tires slashed for unknown reasons and decided to purchase a new set from Town Fair. I had my truck towed to the shop to be left overnight after a woman I spoke with on the phone said it would be ok (she must have been in the corporate office). I explained the situation and asked one of the guys working if it would be ok and the gentleman was very rude and said "probably not, they tow" and then proceeded to simply walk away. I had a two o'clock appointment for 2:00 on Friday June 2, 2023. I made the appointment and checked in with Rose who was lovely and told me it would take 1-2 hours to repair the one tire that has a slow leak. I needed to leave by 4:00 and when I inquired at 3:15 the manager said that there was no way that it would be done by then. When I asked if I could make another appointment I was told that if you have an appointment it usually takes 2-3 hours. Without an appointment 4-8 hours, but no guarantees. Seriously? I have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years. NO MORE. Town Fair tire has just lost a good customer. I will no longer do business with them nor recommend them to anyone. A couple days after posting my last review, Dennis (the manager) called me (based on my Yelp review) to offer to make things right. I decided to give them one last shot, and this time, as promised, they promptly took my car directly into a bay to inspect it - no 90 minute delay this time. Dennis kept me updated as to what was going on, and took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my old tires. This time, they did the work they supposedly were going to do on my second trip, and my car is riding more smoothly. It's not their fault that my tires wore unevenly (as they were stock from the dealer), and Dennis worked to overcome the communications failures of his junior staff, so I'm bumping them up a star. read more

Made an appointment to have a tire replaced, when I arrived no one was very interested in assisting me. Finally someone asks to help me, I tell them I have an appointment and they tell me they need to see the issue. I literally have a puncture in my tire on the tread, clearly a new tire is needed. And then they tell me the tires are discontinued and the tires I need are special order only so I will have to come back. Sitting here now waiting and they tell me it will be 3 hours...ummmm, why did I make an appointment and it's still going to be 3 hours?? It's two tires, seems really excessive to me. I was also questioned about my desire to keep the one tire that has less than 5000 miles on it. I shouldn't have to explain myself. Service is slow and who knows it it will really be done in 3 hours. I have frequented other locations and have never had this kind of experience. I won't be returning. I just got home from a trip to Townfair Tire in Everett and I could be happier! I bought four new tires and expressed my frustration with the fact that the tires coming off (Michelin) were purchased at Pep Boys 3 years ago and supposed to last for 90K miles. They didn't even last 30K miles despite my proper upkeep of rotations and alignments. Dennis, one of the front desk employees, offered to call Michelin on my behalf. He didn't have to do this because he had already made the sale and had already installed the new tires. Nevertheless, he went out of the way and stayed on hold with Michelin for 10 minutes and spoke to them for 15 minutes. In the end, despite the fact that I had purchased the old tires from a local competitor, Dennis was able to get me a partial refund from Michelin for approximately $400. OUTSTANDING service! I have already told three family members to go to Townfair the next time they need tires. Thank you, Dennis!! read more

Here I sit, the 8th time back at this Town Fair Tire in 3 weeks. I came in for 4 new tires 3 weeks ago. I had no prior issues before getting my tires replaced other than worn down tires. To put it in perspective, I drive a 2018 with 50k miles on it so it was time for new tires. This is where the shit show began. I waited 3 hours and about $900 for tires to be put on which is fine. I get it, it's a Saturday and it was busy. As soon as I left, I brought the car on the highway to make sure everything was good. It wasn't. The car was shaking and wobbling so bad that I thought I was going to go off the road. Likely a result of incorrect balancing. No problem - I'll go back and have them correct it. I return to the store an hour later - they rebalanced one wheel (you shittin me?) and sent me on my way. The shaking was less, yes, but it continued to shake for about 2 weeks until eventually one of the tires failed. I didn't have the bandwidth to come back and deal with these morons initially when I got the car back. I came in with the failed tire on Monday and was met with "Do YoU hAvE aN aPpOiNtMeNt?". Okay so fair enough, I didn't have an appointment. I made one for Tuesday. I come in Tuesday with the wheel to drop off and am met with "We DoNt HaVe ThAt TiRe In StOcK". Really dude? I came in yesterday why the fuck wouldn't you order it yesterday so it'd be here today. Okay no worries, whatever. So the tire comes in Wednesday, they put it on, I pick it up. Mind you they charged me $45 even though I had the tire warranty plan. What a surprise, the shaking is back again because these guys are incapable of balancing a wheel. I come in Thursday to address the balancing issue once again and am once again met with "Do YoU hAvE aN aPpOiNtMeNt?". Fucking no dude - this is my 4th day in a row back at a Town Fair Fucking Tire. So I set an appointment for 8 am the following day. So here I am, sitting at Town Fair fucking Tire for my 5th day in a row and 7-8th time total at 8 am in the middle of a snowstorm. I walk up to the door at 8 am and they tell me they're not open for a few hours. Regardless of the sign I'm fucking staring at that says they open at 8. The manager also tells me it's going to take 2-3 hours to rebalance my wheels. I'll update this review once I get the car back but I swear to god if I get this car back and it's still shaking, I'm going to absolutely lose my shit. This place sucks AND blows. UPDATE: Apparently the 8th times the charm. No more shaking. After my experience here, there's not a shot in hot hell that I will ever visit this clown factory again. I will spend the remainder of my days until my dying breathe advising others to avoid this mental facility as well. read more
