# Terrible Customer Service - Avoid This Place **1 out of 5 stars** I had the worst experience at Andrade Auto Repair in Everett, MA today. Arrived at 5:00 PM and immediately got off to a bad start when they made me move my car around without explanation. The employees were completely unhelpful - when I asked about getting four tires done, they dismissed me saying they "don't have time" even though there were two people working on tires and another just moving inventory around instead of helping customers. When I went inside to speak with the owner about the poor service, his attitude was absolutely horrible. He's clearly not cut out to be a businessman. Without even knowing what transpired outside (since he was in his office the whole time), he told me I need to "be nice to his employees" if I want help. He had no idea what his staff had said to me or how they treated me. The final straw was when I simply asked an employee to check if they had my tire size in stock so I could potentially come back the next day - and was told "I don't even have time to check." Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. The owner has terrible management skills and clearly doesn't care about customer service. His employees follow his lead with their dismissive attitudes. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for tires. This is the worst tire shop I've ever encountered. I will never be back and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. **Andrade Auto Repair - Everett, MA: AVOID AT ALL COSTS** read more

Great, fast and reliable service for tire replacement and flat tire repairs at a fair price. A+

Great and quick to fix flat or change tire Reasonably price and friendly. I've never had to return to correct something. I have not had any vehicle repair done here, so I cannot comment. But for tires, they are my go to when needed. read more

Very poor service. The employees were rude and didn't seem to care about helping customers. They acted like I was bothering them just for asking questions. On top of that, they didn't fix my tire properlyit went unbalanced again the next day. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I sent my wife there with a flat tire because I was working and they ignored her for over an hour and employees stood there and didn't acknowledge her. She ended up leaving to another place. I don't recommend women going there. read more

new management and same service, had brakes change on my audi last year, they were making some noise, brought it in and they changed my brakes at no cost to me, definitely recommend it to all my family and friends read more

The starting price was $104, then it went up to $250, I definitely do not recommend this place they are ripping you off straight!

if I could give this place no stars I would. I went on Tuesday at 10am to get my breaks done & I already have the parts. they told me come back at 8am cause they book fast. so I came Friday at 8:30am. they couldn't do my breaks because they were at capacity for the day. WHY IS AN AUTO SHOP AT CAPACITY FOR THE DAY AT 8:30AM?! They clearly don't have the man power to handle the work load. im never going back there. read more

Honest, responsible, no gimmicks, no hidden charges, no BS. Hi... If you are in Everett, Andrade Auto Repair is the place to go. If you're miles away, that's still the BEST place to take your car to. I took my car to a shop in Watertown and described to the mechanic that I had an oil leak in the car and also my transmission was acting out. The mechanic took a whole 30 seconds to get inside the car and his diagnostic was that the transmission was blown and quoted the repair in $2,800.00 I had my car towed to Andrade's shop for a second opinion. He replaced 2 transmission lines and $130 later my car was back on the road. I've seen foreign and domestic cars at the shop and happy customers walking out of there. BTW, he might not be able to take you in in that very second you get there, the shop is ALWAYS busy, but call it in , he will listen and work with you. Good Luck, read more

Came here to see if I had a leak in my tire and all he did was put air in it and told me that he patched it but didn't show me where. Taking advantage of a pregnant girl. read more

Came here after comparing other mechanic prices. This place helped me the same morning I called. ALSO did not get discouraged I brought in my own parts. MOST places ive been been too have made a fuss. Very fair price. Also mechanic took care of my car like it was his own. I was able to leave my car over night and he went out of his way to go to the VW dealer to get me more stuff i needed. They even double checked from that last mechanic told me something else from another place. Saved me money from not installing parts i did not need. Build a good relationship with these guys they are super laid back and talk to you like a normal person also put in his recommendations. No rush on anything. Just make sure if you have specific directions mention it and they will do it. read more

If this is the POS that buys a part to fix your car, and then returns the defective one saying it was broken, then don't go here, because you CAN NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! Karma is coming their way. They charge you, and don't pay anything for the part!!!!! STAY AWAY SCAM ARTIST HERE read more

If you're looking for customer service... it's not here. There are not welcomes or how can I help, just flag someone tell them what you need and.... "wanna do it or not?". It s like they don't want your business. Please be nice to people without us your business will close. read more

See all

I always have had a good experience here. So far they have fixed tires, put on new tires, helped me with the motor to my windshield and a few other things. I have yet to (knock on wood) need any major repair so I can't speak to that and hope I don't, but the guys are nice/fast/and by all signs, honest to deal with. I would recommend them. Location can be tricky if you are headed East on 16-the key is to work your way over to the left lane and go up 3 intersections where you can make a U-turn. Not much of a waiting room so if it's a long job make a plan to take Uber home, work or cafe. You can kill a half hour or so eating some fast food within a few blocks or go to Richie's Slush across the road. read more

I would like to give appreciation to Andrades Auto Repair. I must say that bringing my 2005 Lincoln Navigator SUV to this shop was not just a great experience with people that really care about their customers, they were also understanding of my situation that happened while the vehicle was still in the shop. I had factory defective parts and the mechanic changed out everything. Will bring ALL of my vehicles here in the future!!! Thank you guys ~ Neil read more

We took our flat tire to this shop based on the recommendation of a Pep Boy representative. When we got there they immediately asked us our issue and got to work on patching up our tire. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were willing to answer all questions as we watched them patch the tire. We were out in under 30 minutes. It's a thumbs up in my book! :-) read more

Efficient and professional tire service. They took care of my tire problem when Woody's couldn't.

DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR AT THIS PLACE!!!!! After making me wait 4 hours (they told me it would be an hour then continually told me after my 2 hour wait, "just a few more minutes...just a few more minutes, almost done", they cracked my windshield in 2 places and tried claiming I brought the car in like that! They did a shoddy job - my drivers side car mat was covered in grease, there are screws missing from where they took my car apart, and now I have to deal with getting a new windshield. The mechanic managed to "disappear" when I wanted to speak with him about these issues. I will be speaking to their insurance company about this. (*on a side note, when Simon and Eddie owned this station, it was a well run business, I am so sad at what it's become) read more

One of the only local garages open on a Sunday, we drove up and they immediately took a look at our tire. Within a few minutes he had found the leak and plugged it and filled up the rest of the tires as well. Fast, efficient, inexpensive, and friendly. read more

Today I broke down in front of Andrade Auto Repair Shop and the men from that shop came over to rescue me from the irate drivers on the parkway honking their horns. They pushed me over to the shop and looked for my problem. The mechanic Selvin told me it was a cv axel that broke. He didn't have it in stock but would be able to get it for me and fix it within 2 hours. He was so accommodating and professional and made a stressful situation so much easier. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to be proffessional, efficient, and reasonable priced. read more

100 stars! I am very happy I found this place. I stopped here 6 months ago spontaneously to get my inspection. They are all a pleasant group. The young man is soft-spoken,fair,honest, nice, polite, not animated, and professional. God-willing it will remain this way. I was impressed with the customer service and the seriousness of the situation. The young man speaks quietly, calmy, slowly, and appropriately. When he talks, he listens thoroughly and thinks before he speaks. When you make a statement, he will reply back with an appropriate well-thought out remark. This is rare among mechanics and especially in a lot of people.. Additionally, he is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have met. I recently went for an oil change. He checked my car. He approached me very calmy and said all you need is a bearing. Furthermore, the young man nicely suggested for me to get a bearing replaced "soon" as opposed to "right this second" which a lot of greedy mechanics will proclaim. Unfortunately, I neglected to fix the bearing. So when the problem errupted, I took it to a place in Somerville close to me because that was all I could do.They charged me $925 for something I did not need and they did not fix the bearing. I took the car to the young man after my car had been repaired; showed him receipt; and he told me all I needed was the bearing. He reminded me he had told me about bearing when he changed my oil. I told him I had forgotten. He spoke slowly, softly, considerately and was not condescending at all. Excellent communication skills. It is uncommon to find such simple interaction. Wipers there are $10. If your car is an older model, an oil change is $20. The place in Somerville(which I do not want to name) charges $20 for wipers and $30 for an oil change. Another gas station on Broadway in Everett charges $25 for wipers. I do not know name. It's across from dry cleaners. I highly recommend Parkway Getty Auto Repair. A mechanic like this is unfounded. I hope I remain living in this area for a long time. Having reliability, dependability, and consistency like this, makes my life so much easier. 20 lovely stars for this young man! read more
