They had me bring the car in, ordered the parts, and I was done by 12:30pm. Plus added an oil change as well. Fantastic service, very professional, and highly recommended! And, very fair on pricing. After talking to the staff & front desk manager, I was truly impressed with their complete & genuine care regarding my major concerns & the costs associated with it. The manager was completly transparent about price points, affordable options, and did an excellent job in reassuring me their core values against up-selling on materials & maintenance that did not require immediate auto repair. I was booked within that week (they happily accommodated to my hectic work schedule). And also provided with their personal work warranty - including additional warranties on the parts (tires & break pads). I am beyond impressed with their pleassnt customer service, quick turnaround, and trustworthy guidance. This place is the real deal!

The garage manager said he borrowed a machine from another shop to test it out and would take a picture of the readings and show me??? He never did. Then his mmanager tried to tell me that the rpm's are within normal range after a 4 minute warmup it is still running at 1200. I spent a great deal of money on Ubers going back and forth! On my final visit with them they tried to sell me a battery!!!! Can you believe it? I got out of there as quickly as possible. Because I'm elderly, they tried to convince me that this car I've had for 12 years, repairing all its needs on time, is fine. Its still not fine and now I have to find a reputable mechanic to fix it.

I had been a customer since 2015 when Anthony was behind the desk, but Miguel is unfortunately a different story. Doesn't care about customer rapport, quotes outrageous prices for simple jobs, and never picks up the phone or returns phone calls. If you're able to get through, the work done by Will and Justin is top notch, but you may be faced with an exorbitantly inflated price tag by Miguel. Very unfortunate but I have no other choice than to find a new mechanic, because communication has been one-way for too long and trust has been eroded.
