The worst costumer service ever! I got 4 "new" tires and nobody told me about the 3 years warranty fee..With 34 days driving, one of the tires punctured and became unusable..I went back there to complain and they told me that I had not activated the insurance..And that my 30 days of road test had already expired the week before. How do I activate a service that was not offered to me? They offered me a new tire for half the price and that was it..They are super impatient, they don't answer the phone, and they have the attitude of someone who is doing the customer a favor.. run away from them! read more

Absolutely abysmal experience with this branch. Installed 4 new tires and 3 were leaking air within the month. Air valve stems were ALL leaking. They told me they didn't touch the air valves during tire replacement which...HOW is that possible during a tire installation?? Did they not add air to the new tires through the valves? Did they not check the tire pressure via the valves? Did they not add new valve caps where I was missing some? No, they most certainly touched my air valves and then lied to my face about it. I can't even examine the inside of the tires for additional issues because they also broke my wheel lock key! The manager tried to write that off as wear-and-tear when it had worked perfectly for me literally the day before I brought my car to their shop (I had to put the spare on to drive there). Also they have no earthly idea how old those wheel locks are so why try and lie to my face about it? Thankfully the corporate office offered me a full refund for this terrible service. read more

Great service, there's this awesome screen where you can see what stage your car is in. I priced my tires out at a bunch of places and this was the best, so I booked online and all was smooth. The waiting area is super bizarre. Like movie theater seating, with a TV. It felt very DMV. My car took 2.5 hours for 4 tires, and bc the waiting area is open to the tires the rubber smell overpowered me. I decided to head down the block to Dunkin donuts for a coffee. They call you when your car is ready which is great! I wish I had someone to come with me and head to do errands at the target nearby, then pick up my car after... oh well! Very nice and professional. My tire pressure indicators were going off and they said it should solve itself in a few miles. It didn't so I came back the following weekend, but they showed me it was a computer issue not the actual pressure, so off to mini I go. read more

I called the number on their website to book an appointment. Was told by the lady who answered appointments aren't necessary, and walk in service is available. I walked in for service and after standing in front of the register for 20 mins with no other customers in line they finally came over and asked if I had an appointment ! I told him i called to book one and was told to walk in. He said oh the call center always says that, they just want to get you through the door. I asked if I can buy four new tires today and he said, I can't help you today without an appointment. I won't go to Town Fair Tire again, although I was very pleased with visits years ago. read more

Last year I had 4 new Continentals installed on my car. I was quoted 90 minutes but the wait was in excess of four hours. This weekend I was going to replace the front brake pads, but the wheels had been so over tightened that the lug nuts would not come off. I returned to the store this morning to ask them to loosen them, but they refused to help me. These scum bags really suck. Never going back to those losers. read more

Bottom line, they sold me defective tires, Colonial VW put the tires on the Road Force machine (which Town Fair doesn't seem to use) and guess what, tires are out of Round which means they will never balance. If Town Fair used this machine to check defective tires (took 5 minutes I watched the guy at VW) non of this would have happened and I would not be wasting my time writing this crap. VW did a great job and it didn't cost me anymore then Town Fair. ZERO STARS FOR TOWN FAIR 5 STARS FOR VW. I brought the defective tires back to Town Fair for a refund. Oh and VW had to fix my Alignment as well, Town Fair wasn't even close. read more

TownFair is a no-nonsense kind of tire dealer. They tell you all of the charges up front and their estimates for wait times are pretty spot-on! I bought a set of 4 tires and caught a decent sale. I researched the tires and got what I wanted. I did have an issue with a stem leaking 2 days later and they were very accommodating. They were going to charge me more money, but after some negotiating, they gave me a very good deal after the fact and threw in balancing the tires again, since I had told them I had vibration at 60 mph. The day I went in for the repairs, they only had two Tire Technicians on duty. An unfortunate sign of the Covid-19 times, but they did the best they could. I had to wait an hour for my car to be brought into the bay, but then it was only a 20 minute wait from that point. I took the car up on the highway and no vibration currently. Thank you Joel, Derrick and the other staff at TownFair whose names I didn't get (sorry). Like the Terminator said "I'll be back"! read more

I stopped to find some new tires and was waited on pretty promptly. My customer service attendant was really easy to work with and he was really good about asking what I needed and making recommendations. He brought up a really comprehensive list of tires and was able to discuss the pros and cons for the one's that I was interested in acquiring. Later that day I was able to pickup my car and was greeted by Joe, who went through all the services provided and what they fixed. Overall, a really good experience. One recommendation, which I was unaware of was that you can make reservation so I suggest that you do go online to make your reservation. Thanks so much for taking care of me! read more

I will never ever do business with Town Fair Tire again. Customer support is atrocious. Brought a tire kin for repairs and was told a new one had to be ordered. I never got a call to tell me it was in. I was told the warrants would cover 90% which changed to 73% when I went in. Was told 2 to 3 hours to do me a favour then it changed to not sure when i got to the store. If i ever do business with them again I hope someone hits me with a bat. read more

After having bought an odd-brand set of tires, I was having a hard time finding a replacement after a blow-out. Town Fair Tire was one of the only places to be able to order me a replacement (in short order), and schedule the appointment to put the new tire on during a VERY busy season. My review is solely based on the service Id received today. For ALL the miserable staff working at the customer service desk. They Needs to Learn the nessasary customers relations skills , like positive attitude, effective and clear communication. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, after being told to arrive on time. ok , I did and was totally ignored while I patiently stood at the counter for 18 FULL minutes before someone acknowledged my existent. Finally, Someone spoke to me. Like the the other fellow-yelper review ( "I work for a living and I value my time" ) I wish they can see these negative reviews and can try to fix the way they talk to customers ,their faces and attitude plus appearance Such disgrace! I know plumbers that fix Shiity clogged up toilets for a living and thet are more happy than these guys ! Very unprofessional . totally incompetent and awful customer service, in this economy where jobs are scarce there are people who need jobs and they are filled by individuals like this? After getting a flat tire 30 miles from home, I called town fair tire to ask if I could get my car towed there to have it fixed by the next day. The man I spoke to said "no problem, just call after the tow truck driver drops it off" so I proceeded with the plan and called with the notification. That's when I was told they would not get to my car until Friday. This was Tuesday. They advertise same day service and I was looking for next day. The only manager, Sam, that was able to assist me had left for the day. It was 2:00 in the afternoon, I don't understand how they can operate  like that. The man on the phone kept telling me "I'm just a driver". I asked again if there was no one there that could at least put my car on the schedule and I could speak to Sam tomorrow. He said sure, put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. My fiancé called and spoke to someone and was told they would have it done that same day or the next (Wednesday). (I'm a woman, shocker). We got a call a few hours later and was told it would be done first thing in the morning on Wednesday. We went to pick it up at 2:30 and it was just getting worked on. We had to go back to work and couldn't stick around. I then got a call my car was done. I told them I might not be able to get there til after they close, can they leave my keys in the car? Not unless I have a spare so they can lock it or they can leave my keys at quigley towing. I said I will check for my spare. Called back. Talked to someone else. Said I had my keys and he said ok you're good. Then the first guy called back. I have a balance of 10.57 that I have to pay first. Ok take my CC over the phone. Can't do that, doesn't have the authority. I can't leave them a check and I can't pick up my car and come back tomorrow to pay 10 whole dollars back. No one I talk to has any authorization to do anything and they've screwed me over every step of the way. My fiancé hit a lot of traffic on his way to pick me up and called TFT to say we might be 5 minutes late, is that a problem? "Doors lock at 6 and everyone goes home @ 6." Completely understandable. But then they accidentally called me @ 6:24, they clearly just don't want to help out at all. After getting my car back, my car was not maintain a normal PSI and I was losing tire pressure. I took my car back to another TFT and they discovered whoever patched my tire in Everett did not remove the plastic part of the patch. I will never to back, my fiancé will never go back, and the several people I have told this nightmare scenario to will never go back. Save the hassle, go down the street to Costco. read more

I had a flat tire that needed a patch so I made an appointment for the next morning. I showed up on time for the 10:30am appointment. My car didn't even make it inside the bay for 2 hours. Multiple people that came in after me were taken ahead of me. Once they brought my car in for the patch it took 15 minutes. I drive my car home and park it there. Come out the next morning the tire was flat. I brought the car to a local gas station and the guy fixed it right away and said they didn't patch the tire properly. Customer service is great, whenever I walk in I'm welcomed by professionals that know what they're talking about. The first time I went there was to get new rims, however, one of the hubcaps weren't screwed in all the way (causing a rattling noise) and at that moment I realized I never received the Allen keys that I was supposed to get for the rims. I had to go there again to get that tightened up and finally get the Allen key; it didn't cost anything but it was definitely annoying that I had to go out of my way to go back there. Another time I came to change my tires and once again my hubcap was loose and started rattling when I drove. I fixed it myself but the fact it was loose again made me upset. Be very leery when you order your tires online. I was quoted $567 for Pirelli tires. Come to find out when I arrived for my appointment that Pirelli doesn't make tires any more. Staff that you deal with is great but at other town fair tire locations I have had much shorter wait times. Today I made an appointment and it still took almost 3 hours.
