And, I'm glad I decided to get tire services at Pep Boys in the Everett, MA location.  For starters I'd like to thank Gregory V. for his outstanding dedication in customer service, he demonstrated that he is knowledgeable of all the products, he is a man of integrity that shows he stands behind his product and the phenomenal customer service. Greg's transparency allowed me to have full trust in him and Pep Boys. I can reassure you that I will be a long-term loyal customer from this day forward with Pep Boys and that Everett, MA location specifically.  Before arriving at Pep Boys I spent a week shopping around. I looked into every tire company in the North Shore. I shopped online and called many locations to try and get the best value. A majority of the other competitors had long phone wait times, were unhelpful and directed me back to their site which can be overwhelming.  I called the Everett, MA location at 4:53 PM and spoke to Greg. The first thing I said to him was: "I've been shopping around for tires as a gift for my Mother's birthday, and I have no knowledge about what are the best tires that are suitable for her vehicle. I have had no luck with other sellers." I would say that my voice was rather desperate for some answers. His tone was very warm, and patient. Instantly, I felt a sense of ease and was easily able to ask all the questions I had and by the end of the 20 minute call I had a good sense of the tire I would be looking to purchase. I asked if I would be able to get seen today even after knowing that they close at 8PM. He said he might be able to get me seen before they close. I told him I'll call him back before 6PM, and  I continued to do online searches after the call for comparisons and measured knowledge of the various tire products; And, I found myself back at Pep Boys for the best deal and astonishing customer service.  I decided to go through with getting my tire service at Pep Boys, Everett, MA. I had already had my moms car because I borrowed it for the weekend and had to get the car back to her before the snowstorm began. I got to Pep Boys by 6:30 PM and was out the door before they closed. I got all the works which was the 4 tires, alignment, and road hazard warranty.  I drove straight to my mothers house and I let go of the wheel driving on the highway and WOW! I drove straight for 1 mile before having to curve and was very impressed with the alignment work. The car felt taller, had a strong grip to the ground, and driving over avoidable potholes was not felt, which is good because my Mother has a pinched nerve in the end of her spine and can be felt with the tires she had before.  My mother was practically in tears when I arrived and told her that I got her new tires.  Thank you Greg. and to the Pep Boys team in the Everett, MA location for bringing joy to myself and my family. But-overall, keeping in mind that safety was at the core of their work and it shows. I feel at peace for my Mother to be on the road and to get home safely to and from work during the upcoming Nor'Easter. It was a little busy, and later in the day so I made an appointment for 8 am Saturday 7/25/26. After they finished I drove away, and the car was worse than before. Got it back and it still wasn't corrected, and they put a tire I purchased (as a spare on a 5th rim) on the wrong rim. After that, I drove away, and it was making a terrible noise. They put it it back on the lift, and said I needed Ball Joints. I wasn't comfortable with any of this, and drove away. I just had the tires balanced, and the front end inspected by Sarris in Watertown. Sarris also test drove car as well. Car rides like it did before I brought it to Mavis, smoothe as Hell. Nice try you theiving bastards..... I want my money back. Not for the spare I purchased but for the original charge for the rotate and balance on the 16th of July. And to think that I gave the tech working on my car a $20 cash tip, and he kept it. Wow

Location : easy access on Revere Beach Parkway in Everett Supply : it seems that Town Fair Tire has an unlimited supply of every size Tire if they do not have it in stock, they will get it for you Staff: the staff that I dealt with seem honest straightforward. They were trying to be very polite and help the customers myself and others that I witnessed. Service : the service I received was top-notch. I actually had my daughters car there and installed a brand new set of tires, mounted balanced, and they give you warranty over and above the manufacturer warranty, including rotations for free every year and nail damage repair. This is the most amazing part of my whole experience. I found a set of tires online for an extremely good price. Michelin is a very high priced tires so I was trying to get the best price and have them shipped to me from the Internet so I called Town fair to see if they would install them , they told me that they have a price match guarantee so I told him the manager which I was getting and where I was going to get them from. He took it upon himself to say that he will order them and then they can install them mount them and balance them They basically charge me about $40 or so for mounting, balancing tire repair and some kind of extended warranty, including free rotation for the life of the Tire I definitely would use this Town Fair Tire if you were interested in purchasing new tires and having them installed

Honest, responsible, no gimmicks, no hidden charges, no BS…read more Hi... If you are in Everett, Andrade Auto Repair is the place to go. If you're miles away, that's still the BEST place to take your car to. I took my car to a shop in Watertown and described to the mechanic that I had an oil leak in the car and also my transmission was acting out. The mechanic took a whole 30 seconds to get inside the car and his diagnostic was that the transmission was blown and quoted the repair in $2,800.00 I had my car towed to Andrade's shop for a second opinion. He replaced 2 transmission lines and $130 later my car was back on the road. I've seen foreign and domestic cars at the shop and happy customers walking out of there. BTW, he might not be able to take you in in that very second you get there, the shop is ALWAYS busy, but call it in , he will listen and work with you. Good Luck,

Arrived at 5:00 PM and immediately got off to a bad start when they made me move my car around without explanation. The employees were completely unhelpful - when I asked about getting four tires done, they dismissed me saying they "don't have time" even though there were two people working on tires and another just moving inventory around instead of helping customers. When I went inside to speak with the owner about the poor service, his attitude was absolutely horrible. He's clearly not cut out to be a businessman. Without even knowing what transpired outside (since he was in his office the whole time), he told me I need to "be nice to his employees" if I want help. He had no idea what his staff had said to me or how they treated me. The final straw was when I simply asked an employee to check if they had my tire size in stock so I could potentially come back the next day - and was told "I don't even have time to check." Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. The owner has terrible management skills and clearly doesn't care about customer service. His employees follow his lead with their dismissive attitudes. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for tires. This is the worst tire shop I've ever encountered. Plus, the staff couldn't care less about your situation, and the prices online are not accurate--they mark everything up when you're there. Since this is a second vehicle I rarely drive, I didn't come back until summer to get it resolved. They refused to help me because it was past 30 days. They sold me a defective tire to begin with.
