This Leesburg location is by far 100 times better in service. The displays are clean and prominent. You can get your step goals here if you are walking the aisles looking for the ideal floor, tile, vanity and backsplash. Staff is super friendly. Even in the early morning hours, a cashier is friendly and greets us. A special shout out to the designer, Amy. She has helped us twice in the past week. She has an eye for style and can help with the trends. She walked the aisles with us showing us the various tiles and decor. It's a simple process to get a quote on everything you want so you can walk away with a product quote. Highly recommend this location. Watch out HD and Lowe's.

My husband and I are renovating our guest and kids' bathrooms, and Amy was truly fantastic to work with. She was patient, thoughtful, and really creative, and she quickly understood what I was going for--something elevated but still within a budget. She had seen me working with other designers in the store before and clearly picked up on my style and preferences. Amy helped me find beautiful marble along with really complementary floor and niche tiles at great prices, and she even helped make some deals work. She genuinely has a great eye and comes up with tile combinations that feel intentional and a little different. Bryce was also great. After a frustrating earlier experience where a designer didn't send me my designs and then left the job--wasting time and setting things back--Bryce went out of his way to help turn that experience around. He was kind, responsive, and very focused on making sure I walked away feeling good about the store and my experience. He also helped make pricing work on some closeout tiles, which I really appreciated. I've spent at least six or seven hours in this store over the past few weeks, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. I sometimes come here just to browse what kind of tools I may be missing. Rockler has everything from tiny dowels to thousands-of-dollar heavy equipment. What I usually come here for is to get hardwood and baltic ply. The hardwood selection here is great and it's reasonably priced. Most of them are S4S or S3S so in the worst case, I can use my table saw to rip the unfinished side. You only pay for what you need so you can have them cut a longer piece and not pay for the reminder! That's amazing. Note that they only cut longer wood to fit in your car. Rockler currently does not offer planing or joining services. The guy over there said they are looking into supporting such services soon but as of today, that's not an option. Rockler also has wood-turning and other general woodworking classes. There's a small classroom inside the store itself. If you need anything woodworking, Rockler is it!

I was told by one dealer that I wouldn't be able to re-use my wood panel, to just throw it out. Reico helped me to find a dishwasher that would work with my panel, and then sent a contractor to install the appliance and panel. My kitchen looks exactly the same as it did, which I'm delighted with! This was done during COVID, so everything was done virtually. Mary, Michael and Danny were all wonderful to work with. They emailed me with every new development, every step of the way.

It also helped to keep my kids in one space while my husband and I picked colors. The store is clean, as is the restrooms. The Keurig machine was plus to be able to grab a wam drink and pick out colors. The paint is pretty expensive, so if you are painting a lot you should wait for a sale or find a coupon. For the best quality paint it runs about $65 a gallon so you want to make sure you pick a color you love. They do sell sample cans for about $7. They also sell tons of painting supplies. Since I don't paint much I don't know how the prices compare to Home Depot/Lowe's on the supplies. We asked why it is so much more than Home Depot. They claim that it is good quality, easier to clean and won't fade. SInce we are still only in the sample phase and getting ready to make a big purchase of paint on Friday when the sale hits it is hard to say if it is worth the price difference. So far we are have purchased about 7 sample cans to confirm the color in our room. Our problem with two of the colors we chose is we chose to light since we were afaid of it being "too dark" so we have had to go up a color with both of those rooms and seem happier with our choice. Looking forward to putting my husband to work painting our house and finally having paint that is easier to clean off than those sticky finger prints that sometimes make it to my wall from my kids. I hate the builder grade paint...anytime I try to clean some off it takes some of the drywall off with it. I wish I could have convinced my husband (and ageed on colors) to paint two years ago when we moved in. Now to go figure out colors for a few more rooms....

I've done a bathroom remodel before without the help of anyone at Mosaic before this one and now after getting the help of a design professional I'd never want to do without it again! My appointment with Cameron went very well. We definitely needed the full 1.5 hours to go over my preferences, look at images I brought in and pick out tile and then take down specs for estimates. Cameron's tile suggestions seemed be very inline with my own preferences. Plus, I was able to walk around and pick out many attractive tile choices to choose from. Mosaic also has a very large building with quite a few model upscale bathrooms set up to walk around and take a look at to help spark design ideas. Later the same day as my tile consultation, Cameron emailed me her very detailed and accurate architectural drawings of my bathroom showing everything I described to her for the remodel including the tiles, vanity, tub, etc. and contacted my general contractor directly as well. I was very impressed and pleased--considering this was all a free service to customers! I was also able to take home my tile samples to look it all over later in my house. The tile was not cheap of course. I have a relatively small bathroom in my townhouse but it still amounted to well over $2k worth of tile! I know I have expensive tastes but I was hoping my contractor would be able to get me more of a discount! Well, I may have to scale back the amount of tile I'm using and/or hold off on the project to save up more meanwhile but I know exactly what tile I want to go with now!
