When I spoke to Sherwin-Williams Rep Patrick, he was helpful and agreed this sounded like a major issue. I made it clear to Patrick that I did not need or want money, but I simply wanted a quiet, internal investigation of the employees in question to ensure that it didn't happen again. He agreed. However, Andrew Reyer (the District Sales Manager) quickly emailed me in less than 2 hours denying the allegations. Andrew Reyer has not had time to drive and review camera footage, interview the employees in question, or conduct an actual investigation. Andrew Reyer is just trying to cover it up rather than fix the issue. This is a shame, because it turned a private and cordial matter into a public one. Do better, Andrew

The way the company painted made the process seem rather straightforward. We picked out a light pink color for the walls and closet, and decided on the eggshell type of sheen because it's easier to wipe down. There were two employees doing their thing, and Alexander was very helpful and he helped give me some guidance in terms of the specific paint type that we should buy. We ended up getting just a single gallon of interior Duration. I also purchased some tape and plastic to cover the furniture. Now we're looking forward to the paint and pizza party over the weekend!

First of all, if you are driving down Davis Drive trying to find this place, it is very easy to miss. To get there, if you turn onto Davis Drive from Church Road, it will be your very first right. The trouble is---the building which houses a few businesses is set back from the road. So, blink and you will miss it. There is no signage directly on the road to draw your attention. So...we walked into the place on a Saturday and it wasn't busy. The clerk behind the counter was very friendly and very willing to help. We told him we wanted to buy some Zinsser paint. He then apologized and said that they hadn't carried it in a long time! I told him that according to Zinsser's website their store locator said otherwise. He then went to a shelf and discovered two small cans of it. However, he said that the cans were 5 years old! Only then did he remove them from the shelf! The store also carries Benjamin Moore paints and Cabot stains. Perhaps these products move faster and thus are fresher... Anyway---somewhere there was a serious breakdown in communications. Whether it was with Zinsser or Vienna Paint & Decorating, I don't know. Either way, we weren't happy campers. So...not wanting to end up on another wild goose chase, I found a website and ordered the paint online. Yes, shipping and handling isn't cheap but in this instance it was worth it. .

I called the roofing company that installed the roof 2 years earlier and they inspected the roof and dormer above the room, the paint job on the dormer was not only poor they removed "rotten" trim but replaced it with a piece 1/2 the depth and used bondo to "finish" the repair. Called the owner and he fought tooth and nail that it was a bad roof without going up to look. He finally caved when I presented a letter from my lawyer to repair or a suit would be filed the next day. When he saw it he caved and redid all the dormers but did not take care of the interior water damage. Overall they are mediocre and difficult to deal with.

I've held back on writing this review for a long time. I really, really wanted to be able to write…read morea five star review of Lester and his company, but it wouldn't be honest. We first used Let's Roll in 2013. Between 2013 and 2015, they did several small interior jobs for us and we were more than satisfied. Lester was very personable, the crews did good work, and prices seemed fair. We asked them out again this November to do drywall repair, paint our great room, as well as remove wallpaper and paint the kitchen. It was a very large job - about $3,000. The communication was fitful - we were asked to make our home available with about 24hrs notice after they had a cancelation. We wanted to be accommodating, so we did. Over the course of two days, the two person crew did a terrible job. The job was slopping. They gave up on removing the wallpaper very quickly and painted over it. Painting was stunningly uneven. Lines were crooked. You could see studs. There were drips everywhere - including on window treatments and hardwood floors. They skipped half the trim work. The drywall repair was so lackluster, you could spot it from the next room. There were literally dime sized spots not painted in the kitchen, bristles from brushes painted into the walls, and edging my 5yr old could have improved upon. The house was absurdly dusty and almost no effort was made to clean up after themselves. We complained and we sent them literally dozens of pictures. Concerned I was being unreasonable with my standards, I shared the photos with other painters and several local realtors. All were appalled. The realtors told me I'd have to repaint to put it on the market. Honestly, we could have done this quality of work ourselves over a weekend for the price of the paint. I really struggled to get Jennifer to understand just how frustrated we were and how unacceptable the quality was. Eventually Lester - the owner - had another crew come out to repair it. Lester walked through the house himself and literally told my husband that this quality of work would run him out of business. Some of it was addressed with the second crew, but the edging is still sloppy, you can still see uneven paint strokes, there's still paint on my window treatments, we had to clean paint off our own floors, half of the new outlet covers we gave them to install have cracked from being screwed into the walls too tightly, the wallpaper is already peaking back through, and the edging - particularly in the kitchen - is what you'd expect from a disinterested teenager forced to do a chore. Honestly, I could have kept hounding Let's Roll and Lester - demanding professional quality work for their professional prices (and the five days they spent in our house). But we'd already tried that once and just wanted to be done with the experience at that point. We paid our bill in full and on time, but will not be calling them again and will stop recommending them to friends. It's really inexcusable that they charged us full price for a job that took twice as long as they told us and left us with literally globs of paint on our counters, our blinds, and our hardwoods as well as streaky walls and visible brushstrokes. This large job was the first step in a planned refresh of our SFH. We even told Lester at the time that we wanted estimates for the remainder of the interior. We hoped to give Let's Roll a lot more work, but they made that impossible. It's three months later and half the time my husband walks into the kitchen, he starts cursing because he sees another place Let's Roll was sloppy and lazy.

I asked if I could go back to verify the sticker myself since I was very sure, and that's when I caught an employee actively changing the price tag mid-dispute. I took pictures as it happened. When I returned to the register and told them what I witnessed, I overheard the staff member radio the manager to verify. His response? "Yeah, that's the price" as if it had always been that way. Had I not seen them changing it with my own eyes, I would have been gaslit into thinking I misread it. Staff who had clearly more common sense and ethics questioned the manager, "If they got it, shouldn't we honor the originally posted price?" The manager refused. Staff member was very apologetic to us.
