Almost like he didn't care to make a sale. The store was also FILTHY! Dead spiders and flies everywhere. Bug traps visible all over the store. It was gross. Not sure we'll be back again.

I bought a whole new pint of that color and then she matched the precious paint can that only had about half left in it. My husband went today to get paint matched based on the cans sticker and came back home and it was not correct. He went back and brought the old paint can in person to match and he said there's no way he can match it. I think he's just lazy. I will be going back when he is not there so someone who actually wants to do their job can do it. Avoid him.

I told him I was going to make a quick phone call to get the account information. His attitude changed immediately. He became visibly angry and told me he was not going to sell me anything because I was on the phone trying to get the account number. I was surprised and confused by his reaction. I don't know what I did that warranted being treated that way. His behavior felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management position. I hope this matter is taken seriously and reviewed. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Though LL Flooring's installer took the measurements, we had 3 boxes that were not needed. They would not allow us to return these boxes (we would have been willing to keep 1), because the project was completed more than 30 days after purchase. Each box was approximately $175. So disappointed given we were a repeat customer.

I was trying to salvage an older gallon of paint and the employee, so sorry I don't know his name, took time to shake the can, smell it to make sure it was still good, and strained it to ensure no foreign particles remained from my old rusted can. He then put the strained paint into a new can. Benjamin Moore paint is one of my favorites. Aura and Regal Select are my "go to" depending on the project.

I tried explaining over and over that it was not and I needed help to solve the problem. My only thought was that I would have to spend more money to have my house repainted witch cost me over $5,000. He said all he does is mix the paint. He called the manager and he told me the same thing. I have better experience with Lowes or Home Depot because they at least can color match your paint and help to come up with a solution I called Color Wheel in McLean and a nice employee explained that the paint technology changed over the last few months and that the paint would look different. I called all of the Vienna paint stores and none of them knew this nor did they try to help me. The employee at Color Wheel gave me the corporate number, and they stated that the base color was discontinued and that I would need to call around to see who had it. I finally I found a store in Florida that was able to ship it to me. I spent $45 including shopping vs paying $5000 to have my house repainted. Paying $85 per gallon is a waste of money especially if they are going to change the paint so that you cannot do touch up painting. It's not worth the headache nor is the poor customer service I received from Vienna Paint.

Bought a trailer before the holidays and was told the deck was pressure treated. Pulled it out…read moretoday and went to throw a coat of sealer on it and noticed it didn't seem to look like pressure treated any longer. Digging around I found the deck boards stamped as Kiln dried heat treated. Checking their website also states that it is pressure treated. Not what I paid for.

My trailer was not a brand sold at the local Leonard. Regardless, Joe told me to bring the trailer right over and he would have someone diagnose the problem. Upon arrival, Joe greeted me and then walked with me to the technician location. The two technicians diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate the friendliness, cleanliness, and care from the Winchester, VA team. These guys do wonderful work on tarps. They fixed one for me about 2 months ago. I have to say that the manager, Brian, and his assistant, Noel, provide the best customer service to everyone who walks in. I've observed them going above & beyond to help customers, whether with their questions, concerns, product information, color questions and even troubleshooting their projects at home. I've been here twice since the new year, and with the time it takes to have paint shaken, I know & I've seen that they've taken the time to expertly match paint color from other brands, make sure you purchase the right product, and basically answer any & all questions you have.
