I told her that I was going to stop by the next day and she said she would have them shaken and ready for me when I got there. I highly recommend this location and I will be coming back in the future for all of my paint/stain needs even though it is further away from where I normally go to.

One of the first things that you notice when you come into this store is the sheer size if the place. It's like a humungous warehouse of paint! The knowledgeable employee behind the counter reccomended a substitute type of paint for the ceilings, so I purchased that. While waiting for my paint to be mixed, I was checking out some of their other products like their paint brushes and tape. It seems like their prices are pretty much the same as the big box hardware store. My paint was prepared in about ,5 minutes, and now my girlfriend and I are ready for the fun part- painting our master bedroom!

Then Jefferson Vargas stepped in--and completely turned things around. I've observed them going above & beyond to help customers, whether with their questions, concerns, product information, color questions and even troubleshooting their projects at home. I bought a whole new pint of that color and then she matched the precious paint can that only had about half left in it. My husband went today to get paint matched based on the cans sticker and came back home and it was not correct. He went back and brought the old paint can in person to match and he said there's no way he can match it. I think he's just lazy. She told me she "could" help... but was unwilling and to try another store. She told me she felt like my inquiry about tint was not something she was comfortable solving and to try another location where another manager might be able to help. I mentioned Adam the counter person from the day before seemed to be able to work through my tint issue on the phone but I could not come in till today. I also mentioned Benjamin had been helpful before with similar issues. Debbie told me a third time that today, in person, she was not willing to help with my tint problem even after I added that I would pay additional money for a solve.
