Super cute place with bright lights and lots of seating. Ordered a plain bubble waffle since I was put off by how messy everything looked. There were about 4 employees standing around and none of them could tidy up the topping station? The bubble waffles were premade and waiting to be sold. They just reheat them. That was new to me as every time I've gotten them at other places, they're freshly made. In any case, the flavor was ok. Not the best. Not a hint of vanilla or anything in that batter. I got it with whipped cream and when I asked for a little bit of powdered sugar (you can see from the photo, it wasn't that much powdered sugar), I was met with a, "We don't usually do that." Not a fan of this place.

So now I'm a fan of the "Bubble Waffle"! This can most definitely become an addiction, break a piece of the waffle off with your bite-crispy edges and that soft center all combined with delicious ice cream and toppings of your choice. I'll be back for a liege waffle soon.

Chocolate thunder bubble waffle (they ran out of chocolate chips so fruity pebbles was subbed in)

It's a solid 3.5, they had a bunch of the liege and bubble waffles already premade so service was pretty quick. Ice cream is sourced from The Cup. The bubble waffle was decent, for some reason I thought they'd have a bubble waffle only option like in boba shops (b/c I kinda just wanted that). It was pretty quiet on a Saturday afternoon, plenty of seating. The chocolate thunder was chocolate overload, the brownies help give it a different texture which I appreciated and glad I picked fruity pebbles to top off - though I love chocolate, this may have been too much for me! An order can definitely be shared between 2-4 people depending on how much sweets each person wants to have.

Wondaffle is such a gem! The shop is super clean and smells like fresh waffles the second you walk in -- seriously so pleasant. The service was simple and good. I ordered the Nutty Banana, and it was amazing. The waffle was the perfect combo of soft and crunchy, and the ice cream on top just made it even better. Everything was fresh and delicious. 10000/10 recommend!

I got the liege waffle with vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, raspberry syrup and chocolate drizzle. It was amazing!

SHOUTOUT TO NADIA MY SERVER. SHE'S A REAL 1…read more First off: This is my first time to a Waffle House! For whatever reason, I've tried twice before, but life had other plans. But I'm glad that I ate Waffle House at what I perceive to be the right time: after 10PM. Having never ordered here, I have seen some YouTube videos on some epic meals. I decided for a Jalapeno Cheesesteak Hashbrown Bowl with sausage gravy, and since I am at the House of Waffle --- a half regular/half chocolate chip waffle as well. Nadia couldn't have been any nicer! I told her it was my first time, and she was so gracious and kind. A few hiccups but she corrected her course quickly. Quick shoutout to Eli the hashbrown jedi. I was sitting in a booth and in about 6-7 minutes, he made at least 8-10 rounds of crispy golden mounds for everyone in the establishment, and each hashbrown looked just as good as the previous. He's a pro. I recall visiting some Waffle Houses in Lancaster and even Ohio, and I didn't like the ambiance; however, this one is clean! At least at 10PM on a Thursday it was clean and staffed with excellent workers. My food was so delicious. That hashbrown bowl came with two servings of potatoes, eggs scrambled perfectly, and that thick sausage gravy to make everything into one delicious bite. I wanted a spicy kick --- and they topped it off with grill jalapenos? What magic is this?? Oh, now onto the waffle --- not too thick and not too thin. Perfect consistency. Typically a purist, but I appreciated the half chocolate chip experiment. 5/5. 10/10. I'm so glad Nadia, Eli, and Waffle House - Bethlehem was my first impression of this business. Will repeat!

Unfortunately, I forgot to write my servers name down, but she was very friendly, very helpful, and she checked in on me periodically. Waffle House is famously open 24/7. And in fact, FEMA uses what they call a "waffle House scale Green (Open, Full Menu): Minimal to no structural damage. The area has power and the community's infrastructure is largely intact.... Yellow (Open, Limited Menu): Moderate infrastructure disruptions. The restaurant is operating on backup generator power or has low food supplies.... Red (Closed): Severe damage. This indicates catastrophic conditions, massive power outages, unsafe roads, or structural damage to the restaurant itself The restaurant has a nice "diner vibe" on the inside. Are you gonna be getting Michelin star cuisine ? Of course not. Are you gonna be getting delicious, good old-fashioned stick to your ribs American food? You're darn right..... They have a decent sized menu, but I decided to go with the basics. A "firework waffle, two eggs, and hashbrowns. The great thing about the hashbrowns, is you can add to them, with an absolutely amazing number of combinations. I had mine smothered. (with sautéed onion.), covered (with cheese,) diced (with tomatoes", and. Capped , (with mushroom.). These are not your normal restaurant hashbrowns they use high-quality dehydrated, hashbrowns, which rehydrated on site. The cheese was American cheese, which was perfect for the hash brown and the onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms provided a nice "pop" of flavor, to counteract the richness of the cheese As it says in their name, their specialty is the waffle. It was crispy. Flavorful, and rich. instead of milk, they use half-and-half, and they have a special proprietary waffle mix, that is made for waffle House, and waffle House only. I could definitely taste the quality of the waffle. The "firework candy", on top was fun, and the sweetness did not overtake the waffle. they played very well with each other. There was also a small dollop of whipped cream on the top Their coffee is great, and my eggs were absolutely perfect. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they also offer a military/veterans discount. I wish they were in California. The fact that they are not makes it such a treat. The next time I find one, I will be there. Thank you.

I've been to this diner several times now and never had a bad experience. The food is unique and delicious and service is always fantastic. My most recent visit I ordered Huevos Rancheros. It consists of grilled corn tortillas topped with refried beans, chorizo sausage, and Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese. It's accompanied with over-medium eggs, smashed avocado, and classic papas. I could have did without the beans, but other than that this dish was a winner. My favorite item on the menu is still the Sriracha Bowl. The tortilla bowl is filled with classic papas, pork carnitas, scrambled eggs, bacon, diced tomatoes, Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, scallion, and sriracha. Billy's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup and delivery are both available. Sriracha Bowl - 8.2 Huevos Rancheros - 7.8 Food - 8.0 Service - 8.4 Value - 8.0 Restaurant score - 81

Coming from New Jersey, the diner capital of the world, Billy's surpassed our expectations. We visited on a busy Saturday during lunchtime and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. It was worth it. My wife ordered Yanna's omelette and I ordered the vegan pancakes topped with strawberries and bananas with a side of sausage. My wife loved her omelette. Lots of spinach and feta cheese. Huge portion of potatoes on the side. My vegan pancakes were made with Almond milk. You have the option of ordering how many pancakes you want to eat. Based upon advice from our waitress, she suggested two since they were big. Good choice. Of course, we had coffee to wash it all down. As coffee snobs, the coffee was very good. The service was excellent and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Believe it not, this is the first diner I have been to that offered vegan pancakes. For people with dairy issues, this is a great thing. The restrooms were clean which probably tells you the kitchen is clean. There is plenty of parking in a public lot across the street and ample street parking.

Some things were good, others were disappointing. I couldn't decide between the breakfast tacos and the G145 egg sandwich, so I got both. This was the first time I ever ordered breakfast tacos so I'm glad they were delicious! They were piled high with chorizo, scrambled eggs, tater tots, cheddar jack cheese, pico, and sour cream. The G145 egg sandwich consists of two eggs, bacon, & American cheese on a brioche bun. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the roll was soft and flavorful. My dad ordered a strip steak and eggs. He said, "it was okay, it's kind of tough". A medium rare steak should never be tough. My mom ordered two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toast. She enjoyed the eggs and toast, but said the potatoes were awful. I had some with my sandwich and I have to agree with her. They were bland and dry. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good, but the service was substandard. Our server was super unattentive. Eating and socializing behind the bar was more of a priority than checking on her tables. I was still generous enough to tip 20%. Pickup and delivery are both available.
