My call stalled when I was driving my 2004 Mazda 3 2.3L Automatic and just won't engage in any of…read morethe gears. So I sat in a Church parking lot doing a google search for towing. I came across Last Call Towing and called their number. Malachi Malone picked up the phone and I explained that I needed a tow. He was quick to respond and also told me had another client that he was working with. Told me it would take about an hour or so. I said no rush. I ain't going anywhere. Gave him the area I was at and the exact location where my car was in the Church Parking lot. He got my car on his flatbed and towed me home two (2) miles from where I was stuck. Malachi is very friendly and thoughtful. He even got my car on my sloping driveway to where I don't need my car to be on the street if its' going to sit there for a while. He also gave me some recommended shops to help since me I told him I was cash strapped and understood my situation. If you even need a tow, especially in the Roseville area. Give them and Malachi a call. Last Call Towing services all the Sacramento Region Area. Thanks Malachi!

I told him right away that my car had a flat tire which is why it was being towed and it's super low to the ground. He said My car is not low and he tows low cars all the time way lower than mine. He proceeded to scrape the entire rear of my car, exhaust tips and rear bumper cover When I pointed it out to him, he got defensive and angry, and very aggressive towards me and tried to fight me. I would definitely spend a little more money and go somewhere else if you want peace of mind with your vehicle.

About a month ago, I got stranded on Donner Pass. After my roadside assistance made a few attempts…read morewith other providers that ultimately did not come out, fortunately, Dark Knight did. The driver called when he was 15 minutes out and confirmed the details about exactly where I was. He was 100% professional from loading my car and making sure I was comfortable with the whole process. Great conversation on the short drive to Truckee. He had my car off loaded, handshake, Then he was off to rescue another stranded family. Thanks for everything, Dark Knight.

Dark Knight saved my family…read more My family had one of the roughest days possible, we were headed up to Truckee and Donner pass was closed due to heavy snowfall. All in all, we were in the car for 12 hours only to not make it there. Before finding a hotel for the "knight", we had to charge the tesla(please don't laugh). We luckily made it to the chargers in Grass Valley. I decided this was a good time to take off the chains. I loosened the chains on the tires and couldn't find the latch on the inner tires. So, I decided to creep the car forward to find the latch easier. When that happened the chains got tangled around the axel of the tesla(please don't laugh). At this point, it was 11pm and my family had been through a full day of disappointment only to have a little more dusted on top. My wife called 4 towing companies and explained the tangled chain issue, most of them declined to work on the car because it was a Tesla(please don't laugh). I decided I needed to take some ownership of the situation and called Dark Knight towing. I explained the issue, and the gentleman told me he would be there in 25min to have a look. He arrived within 25min and successfully untangled the chains without needing to cut them off. I couldn't have been more thankful. This was the singular bright spot in our horrendous day, and I didn't get the guy's name, but want to say thank you again. Tow truck drivers are constantly saving people from terrible situations and they need to be commended more. Thank you for saving my family and my tesla(please don't laugh).

After the automated…read moreAAA service estimated a wait time of about an hour and a half, April from Foresthill Towing called to verify my vehicle information and let me know she would have a driver to me within 15-20 minutes. Robert was prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciated the communication and care he showed throughout the tow experience. My truck had to be towed to the dealership while I got a ride home, and he kept me updated and made me feel completely comfortable and confident leaving it in his care. AAA and Foresthill Towing are lucky to have him representing them.

Since my accident on August 12th, my key ring that held my car key, my safe key, and my gas cap…read morekeys has disappeared. The car key went to the company that my insurance sent to pick up the totaled vehicle, but they told me there weren't any other keys with the car key when they picked it up. Foresthill Towing were the only ones who removed that entire key ring from my clip before I arrived to pick up the rest of my keys and whatever I could grab from my vehicle. Being that is was not even a day after the accident when I arrived to pick these things up, I was still pretty foggy and did not notice until a few days after. I have given Foresthill Towing every opportunity to return my keys to me. They suggested that the keys could've "fallen off." IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR A KEY TO "FALL OFF " A KEY RING WITHOUT SOME EFFORT TO OPEN UP A KEY RING AND TAKE IT OFF . FYI- no longer need my helix key. My small safe with court documents, socials, and such, had to be destroyed in order to get the items I have needed for over a month now. I told them they probably shouldn't be removing any keys off key rings if someone is coming to collect their items. Maybe they should wait and do it in front of the owner of the vehicle. Or better yet, ONLY TAKE THE CAR KEY AND NOT THE WHOLE KEY RING WITH OTHER KEYS. Someone there obviously knows what happened to those keys. It's childish to lie about it if you just threw them away.... but since someone is lying about what happened, it makes me think someone has other ideas on using them. That makes me feel unsafe and it also makes me feel like I'm going to get robbed over simple documents that would have no meaning to them.
