We had just purchased a trailer from an RV dealership near Tahoe and had only driven about 70 miles before one of the rear wheels came completely off, causing the wheel studs to shear from the brake drum. We called several places for help, but after speaking with Robbie, he immediately stood out as the most knowledgeable. He asked us to send photos, and after looking at them, he knew exactly what was needed. He came out right away, repaired the trailer, and got us safely back on the road. Thank you so much, Robbie! The car was still drivable, but the driver never asked whether it could be driven or put in neutral before loading it. Instead, it was winched onto the flatbed and pulled too far forward. We heard a loud crunch when the front made contact with the equipment at the front of the bed, and after it was unloaded there was visible damage in that same area. Unloading also looked more difficult than it should have been. The driver had to repeatedly raise and lower the bed and work the car back and forth before he could get it off. The loading and unloading both felt rougher than they should have, especially for a car that was still drivable. I called the company afterward and explained what happened. I was told they would look into it and speak with the driver, but I never heard back. Disappointed.

It was a very hot day, my friend and I were stressed (150 miles from home), and his immediate offer of cold water nearly brought us tears of relief. I had called a nearby mechanic to receive the tow, but minutes before our arrival at the auto shop Fazl mentioned that my insurance would cover a tow all the way home to SF. He pulled over while I decided what to do, and when I told him that I would indeed like a tow to SF he offered to give me and my friend time for a meal in town before leaving (we hadn't eaten all day). He then picked us up and got us safely home. Cannot recommend highly enough.
