Tasted like the chicken was cooked in a really bland soup and then had chili flakes poured on. The worst part was that my wife and I both got sick afterwards and have been dealing with food poisoning for the past few days. We assume this was the culprit since we never eat here and the food was pretty bad. Don't know how this place has so many good reviews. read more

I've had great experience and great food. Even if there is a delay in time, they let me know and it's worth it. I did have a small issue recently but I reached out to them where they responded promptly and were very courteous and understanding. I want to like this place because they have a drive through, but their food is just not great. The hot and sour soup was the best part of my meal. It had good flavor and consistency and all the ingredients were cooked appropriately. Their egg rolls don't have much flavor beyond being greasy, and they're more like spring rolls with mostly limp cabbage as their filling. The triple delight had so much sauce that was all I could taste. They do have good service. My order was ready on time, and they only forgot the sauce I requested for the egg roll. read more

I normally like the food here, but I guess I made a mistake ordering KUNG PAO SHRIMP (Spicy). The shrimp they use on this dish is a dry salted shrimp which is extremely salty because they use the salt as a preservative and unfortunately they don't know how to cook it so it is not that salty. I threw the KUNG PAO SHRIMP (Spicy) in the trash because it was not fit for human consumption. Please use fresh shrimp for this dish or learn how to cook salted shrimp. read more

Woks It 2 U was our favorite Chinese good restaurant when the Parmer location was open. Sadly it closed so after a long wait, we finally tried the Leander location. After making the 20 minute each way trip to pick up our order, we got home to realize that several items were left out, leaving one of my kids hungry. When I called, it almost seemed like I was inconveniencing the GM. Had to ask for a refund VS store credit and barely got an apology. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken as part of a delivery order. Unfortunately, they neglected to include the actual sweet and sour sauce. While we didn't have much of an expectation of having it remedied on this occasion, we called to speak to someone. We were informed that because the food had been delivered and that they do not charge anything for sweet and sour sauce (keeping in mind that w/o the sauce, it's just fried chicken nuggets and veggies) all they would offer us was an apology. I've been a customer of the Ronald Reagan location for a while, and then the Leander location opened, which is right down the street. I wish I could say Leader is as good as Ronald Reagan, but it's not. The food is excellent as ever and the staff - not so much. I've ordered delivery from the Leander location twice, and the order has been short both times. Last night I called the store, and I think they picked the most uninformed team member to answer the phones for the night. She claimed that the Leander location does not deliver at all, even though one of the services such as DoorDash. Then she "looked up" my order and told me I ordered from the Ronald Reagan location. I pointed out that I was reviewing my order on their website and getting text message updates, stating Hwy 183 - Leander. She still insisted I needed to speak with the other store. I called Ronald Regan, and it took maybe 30-45 seconds for them to find my order confirmed that it was placed at Leander and not their store. The manager seemed at a loss for words when I explained the ineptness I encountered at the Leander location. It looks like Ronald Reagan is my new default location. Hopefully, Leander is a franchise, and the poor service will directly impact their profitability and longevity. read more

Stopped in to grab lunch while I was getting my tires done next door at Discount. For the first time visit I was impressed on how how clean the restaurant was. No smell of stale old food, like some restaurants. No funky odors. I got a good radiant vibe, bright enough but not blinding. I ordered my food and it took about 10-15 minutes and it was brought out to me. The flavor of the food was great! Fresh ingredients, made to order, very flavorful and the helpings was large enough that I couldn't finish everything. The food was hot and made to order, not in bulk and stored in a warmer. The staff was very friendly from the greeting to me leaving. I highly recommend this over any Chinese restaurant in central texas. Two thumbs up!
