The sesame chicken was completely drowned in sauce, making it soggy instead of flavorful. The fried rice was just okay. The egg rolls were still frozen in the middle, and when I mentioned it, the employee admitted the food had been sitting for a while. There's a difference between cold and frozen! When I tried to speak with the manager, he immediately became defensive and had an attitude. I told him I didn't even want a refund; I just wanted to share that the food quality was unacceptable. I recall being very impressed with the quality of the food the first time we ordered from there. We hit up the drive through for the most part and have never been disappointed with the service.
