My family has been ordering from this business for years. Suddenly the service changed. Particularly the front staff. On one visit, the person who greeted me had a face full of bruises - attitude to made. Okay, let's try this again. I called in an order today and was quoted a price that was 50% more than I paid less than a month ago. I was told the prices had increased a while back. I always pick up a new menu when I order. Since we have so few, I have never rated an eating establishment. But this location is horrible! W. O read more

We were stuck in a hotel for a couple days, they were quick with our delivery, the price was okay. The DoorDash was the bigger part of the cost. I would go there again read more

Service needs to get better the register lady needs to stop being rude a And have better quality food read more

This is a good place to get your Chinese Food fix. The vegetables are cooked but still maintain a crispness to them. The Chicken is not over velvetized remaining firm to the taste and not slimey. Probably the Best Place in Lancaster or Desoto. read more

Placed an order for delivery and whoever answered the phone was very rude and short. I asked for condiments and was told that I could only have one, even though I placed an order for two entrees of orange chicken. When we got the food, it was bland tasteless. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this establishment again ! read more

This place never disappoints. The food is always fresh and hot and super delicious. This food is a must have every time we come to visit my aunt that lives in Lancaster. The chicken wings fried extra crispy are our favorite. We sometimes drive from Plano just to eat here. Some of the best Chinese food in the Metroplex. read more

I walked in expecting to see the different food options like at mall restaurants. The lo mein noodles were pretty average. The food was ready in like 10 minutes. read more

Ordered the Sesame Chicken and General Tso's lunch specials. Had them delivered to my hotel and they brought them straight up to my room. They said 40 minutes for delivery, but it was more like an hour, but food was still hot. Both the entrees were good with fresh rice and good portion of meat. Would order again in a pinch. read more

I just want to say I've been coming to this place since I was a kid, I'm 33. The foods always been good. I live out of the way now but today I made a point to come out and get some Chinese I knew wouldn't let me down. Although I ordered 2 plain fried rice with egg and they left out my egg, it was still delicious just being plain rice. My daughters ate 2 servings of their chicken fried rice and we a family of 4 all had lo mein and almost ate a whole container of the plain rice but I went ahead and added it to the other to store in my fridge. I will always love this place! The picture's included will be of our leftovers and you'll see that they are not shiesty with their servings totally worth what I spent. read more

This older Asian lady on the phone is rude as hell.. I ask her if they have any delivery drivers and she has a bad attitude and hangs up on me ... and ask me a weird question of why I order beef fried rice .. and I spend my money at this restaurant all the time and she treated me like crap ... fix your attitude lady . I won't be spending my money at this restaurant again read more

This nice little restaurant tucked away in Lancaster Texas is amazing. I always call in my order and it's ready on time I can even choose request delivery. Whenever I want Chinese food, good Chinese food that I always call this location. While the customer service can be a bit lackluster at times, the food makes up for it. It's a bit of a dive , but it's in point. read more

This is one of my favorite local Chinese restaurants! Always full of flavor and hot! They always have my order ready when I pick up, and delivery still has hot food too! read more

This shall remain a 2 provided I do not get sick. First off, this place looks like crap on the inside. Put in some effort? The "illuminated" signs, in various states of disrepair are horrendous and do not help anyone choose a meal. The counter is grubby, the whole place is grubby. The girl at the register, is rude, short and snippy. I ordered the hot and sour soup. If it was housemade I'd be surprised. It was neither hot nor sour. I threw some chili flake in there and it was ok. Too sweet. I also ordered the garlic chicken. Thick, cloying sweet sauce, it said it was "spicy" garlic sauce... hell I couldn't even taste the garlic let alone anything in there that could be spicy. One and done. read more

Great place to stop and eat if you'd like to get tapeworms. Some of the most horridly delicious, luke warm Chinese food smothered in mystery sauce with the consistency of phlegm. Save your wallet and your gastrointestinal health for another joint. It's a wonder these folks are still in business. read more

Food and service are both so gooooooood!!!! I would definitely recommend friend to come!

service was surly and slow. No iced tea available. Served on a Styrofoam plate with a plastic fork, which matched the grungy decor. Food was inedible-absolute slop! Meat was marinated in something that rendered it gelatinous and tasteless. Overall, food was almost tasteless. We took three bites, walked out and will never return read more

The owner she has a very dry personality NOT friendly at all. Terrible people skills and no customer service skills. The only thing I do like abt this place, is their egg rolls. The Wok Express employees are friendly & the place is a lot better. New Win Hing need 2 improve starting with the owner. I would tell my friends and family about this place, but 4b I do tht, it has 2 improve. read more

Large fried rice had a lot of shrimp in it. Had shrimp with every bite!! Mangolian beef is sweet but too much onions for my liking. But, I will be back!! And nice customer service!! I picked up my food!! read more

Everything I order from here, the food is good, consistent, and priced reasonable. It's good oriental food, that's filling, and cooked right. They always take care of the VOA and our many needs. read more

I've been eating here for a LONG time and I have to say it's easily my second favorite Chinese restaurant ever. People that I introduce to this place become regulars! Try their chicken with broccoli, mmmm. The only thing that lacks is that their fried crab rangoon is a bit so-so. But for being a place in a strip mall, the fact it's pretty cheap, and being in Lancaster, it's topnotch! read more

I've been a customer for a long time but Wok Express down the street in Lancaster gets majority of my Chinese Food money nowadays. The lady at the front is very short and it comes off as rude (may not be intentional but its not the best feeling as a customer). Even while you're sitting inside waiting on your order she'll be on her phone making personal calls or watching YouTube videos in your face. The food is satisfying. Their wings are SMALL but tasty. The actual chinese dishes are ok but with the lack of actual customer service i have to give 3 stars. read more

This place is crap! I would give zero stars if I could! Customer service is beyond terrible! Never ever again!! Go down the street on pleasant run to wok express. Great customer service and the food is always hot and fresh! read more

Okay so., first I called in an order to have it delivered I ask if they have the ribs which is blatantly in the menu. No ribs then asked her if she had the sweet and sour pork dinner no they don't have that . My fiance orders the spring rolls , they are the blandest spring rolls in existence I could have freeze dried spring rolls with more flavor. I order ck fried rice yet again no flavor , rice improperly cooked . Lady was so rude to me on the phone and and the only reason I give it 1 star is because the guy delivered it really fast and the cream cheese won tons were good . Never again read more

New Win Hing Restaurant - The menu - Chinese Near Me - Lancaster, Texas

My husband and I are always looking for a new place to try. Since this place is right around a corner from our house, we decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. This place is small restaurant in a strip mall. I didn't mind the size but food was just ok. My husband ordered Sesame Chicken (Lunch Menu) and I ordered Shrimp with Garlic Sauce (Lunch Menu) Price is ok $4.80 each and it comes with Fried Rice, Soda or Soup (Choice of Wonton, Egg Drop or Hot &Sour) We both order Soda instead of Soup. Sesame Chicken was Sweet and spicy (not too spicy) and Shrimp with Garlic sauce had tons of veggies in it. flavor wise it was just ok. Nothing special. Fried rice that came with the meal was plain. Didn't taste like much. It was interesting since it was yellow color. I was expecting some sort of flavor. Needless to say, We won't be going back. read more

This is the only place I get takeout from.....they are by far the best around. We've lived in Lancaster about 5 yrs now, my only regret is we didn't find this place sooner!!! Seriously they have the best food and its always hot and fresh. I absolutely love their crab rangoon! YUM! read more

They are now under new management and the quality of food and the service is terrible. I called in my order and she sent me to voicemail. I called again she had me on hold my entire route to the restaurant. I walk in on my phone to see she has the restaurant phone sitting on the table while she is on her cellphone making a personal call. I called out for assistance she ignored me and I walked out never to return again. Just awful! read more

This place is terrible. I was so excited about egg rolls but I could be ruined for life they were so bad. The broccoli in the beef and broccoli was over cooked. And the worst of all, rather than plain steamed white rice to accompany the entree dish they gave yellow fried rice. Why? It is too hard to make two types of rice? Avoid this place. read more

Does not follow customers directions. Specifically asked if their hot & sour soup had seafood in it and was told no, so I ordered it and specially again said no seafood (I'm allergic to it). Order comes and guess what, hot & sour soup HAS seafood (not sure if its artificial shrimp or artificial crab). Completely unacceptable. Called back & lady who answered the phone (who is very hard to understand and not very polite) told me that that is what I ordered and they would not bring me out another one So four bucks wasted on inedible soup. Their Mongolian beef was ok, very greasy but atleast they use the correct sauce. Fried rice is dry and just rice and peas with about 3 small pieces of carrots in the carton. read more

The price is great but the food is average. The food tastes as if it was frozen and tossed in the pan to reheat. I say this because one time I waited fifteen minutes for an orange chicken combo only for it to be cold when I got home. I live 3 minutes away. This place had potential but the food just doesn't do for me. I ate here three times thinking the third time would be a charm...not even. My search for good Chinese food in Dfw continues. read more

The cashier is nice and she always says hi girlfriend when she sees me. The food is very fresh and food. I eat there 3 times a week sometimes. Her culture is different. If you go eat there you will be back the food is ver read more

Very good quick affordable Chinese food......

I have tryed to find other Chinese restaurants in Lancaster but I always find my self here good fast well priced

The worst customer service in the world! Huge attitude as soon as they answer the phone! If I could give negative stars I would! They hung up on me in the middle of giving my credit card info read more

Call in order person had an attitude when taking order so didn't even get to try the place I just told them never mind

The food is mediocre, but the service is atrocious. I called in my order and the lady sounded annoyed by the inconvenience of my call. I figured it was just how she sounded on the phone, so I have her the benefit of the doubt. But, when I arrived to pick up my food, it was clear that she couldn't have cared less whether I ate there or somewhere else. Add to that the fact that the food was below par (even for Chinese takeout), and I won't be back. read more

Orange chicken was delish but the service SUCKED !!! I called in my order and the lady was short and kept cutting me off. Then i arrive to pick up and the entire place smells of nasty sewer water. the lady behind the counter had great attitude as if me picking up my food was inconveniencing her. She waded up my change and gave to me and threw my bag of food at me. Food is good but due to the service, most likely won't return. read more

We were looking for a Chinese restaurant and used Yelp but somehow ended up at the wrong place and found this one instead, to our good fortune. We had shrimp garlic chicken, large for under $10. It was more than the two of us could eat. We had fried rice, no extra charge , but will order regular next time. Shrimp, wonderful flavor, lots of fresh vegetables. My only complaint, we couldn't get a glass of water with meal. Excellent for takeout - not really a place for going out to eat. read more
