Tasty! Great place for veggie Chinese takeout. It's nice to get to have so many options. The fake meat stuff is yummy, but my favorite is the spicy tofu. With the veggie stuff, sometimes it takes a while to get your food, even when it's not busy. Worth it though. Good price and good menu. Some of the dishes had too many water chestnuts for my taste... maybe the veggie curry chicken... but that's just me. The food is really good, but nothing phenomenal... We searched yelp and found Wok and Roll after looking at their vegan menu became excited to see ALL the selections. We had a chance to talk to the owner and he was so passionate and knowledgeable about his product. We went home excited to try our dinner. Needless to say it was AWESOME!! My family had stopped eating BEEF so when we tried the VEGAN BEEF BROCCOLI we were blown away. We also tried the New Orleans Chicken and the chow mein :) Everything was amazing. Came here for lunch and it wasn't great. They don't have many options and the food that's on the hot table ready to be served isn't hot. I ordered the garlic chicken and it didn't taste like garlic, it tasted more like a sweet and sour chicken, I was disappointed. The chow mein noodles were just okay, there was no veggies in them. My daughter ordered the pork miso ramen, not the best; we've had way better. It tasted like the nissin chicken ramen pack and the bowl was almost $8, it didn't even have a whole egg in it. Was told that I have to wait for my order because they only have one cook. The thing is, they made it sound like it's my fault. If your one cook can't keep up, I totally understand. Given the rave reviews of this place and it's vegetarian/vegan versions of popular Chinese dishes, I was expecting better. Service was inexpensive and efficient, but the chow mein was nearly flavorless and the veggie kung pao chicken and orange chicken were true disappointments. The soy meat was rubbery - not the highest quality - and the cooking sauces were really watery. The orange sauce in particular was sickly sweet. Honestly, Panda Express is a better bet, but vegetarians like myself will be S.O.L. there too. read more

Really poor service. Called in and placed a very simple order for delivery with one minor change to accommodate a food allergy. When the order showed up incorrect, I called them back and asked if they could send another item out corrected for the allergy. The person on the phone had a really bad attitude about it and set the phone down and talked shit about us when we could still hear what she was saying. She then returned and said we'd have to speak to the manager and set the phone down again. It took the manager another 2 minutes to even bother to pick up the phone and when she did, she was less than friendly as well. Mistakes happen, but a whole bunch of attitude instead of just fixing it? Simple customer service would have gone a long way. This has become our go-to place when we don't have the time or energy to cook. The prices are good, the portions are very generous. My boyfriend is a big guy and is satisfied with the two-item combo, I'm pretty small so the two-item combo is good for a couple of meals. I love that there are so many vegan options (I believe they say over 50), they even have vegan cakes and ice cream. Their egg rolls and chow mein are also vegan, which is a rare and wonderful thing. This place is great and it comes with tons of vegan options. The bigger plus is that it's Non-GMO! My kids love the food also. We ordered the super spicy "chicken" with chow mein and steamed rice.
