I love to enter a business where you are treated like you matter now I understand when people are busy and can't acknowledge you write them in there, but you can always give that eye contact, and you know halfway smile these people are a lovely people. They keep an exceptionally clean restaurant always have a smile for you and have the best. Wok in kitchen is located on a stipmall, which makes the access easy and it has plenty of parking. I have been there 3 times, 2 eating normal food and today having the delicious Wonton soup. My other 2 visits were to order some of the delicious foods that they have ready. Their BBQ porks are great!! The place is very neat, the decoration is nice, which make it very clean. If I'm being honest I was pleasantly surprised!!! I did not have high hopes based on the previous reviews or judging a book by its cover but, this is what the team chose for their celebratory lunch so we called it in. The woman who took our order was super nice! We came about 35 minutes later and picked up our food. To my surprise, they waited till we got there to plate up the food so it was super fresh, but they made sure the line was stocked with all the things we wanted to order. She encouraged us to try things we had no intention of buying and everything I tried was really good! I was pleasantly surprised by the fish. It was fried and crispy and super flavorful with onions and jalapeños. The spicy orange chicken was delicious. The noodles were perfect. We absolutely love coming here! The servings are generous, the food always looks fresh, the workers are always friendly, and the price is fairly decent. We stop here at least 1-2x per month. Unlike other Chinese food spots, the food here never makes us feel bad nor does it ever hurt our stomach. This spot is located in a shopping center. You can always usually find parking without an issue. The workers take your order as soon as you make it to the front and if there's a line, they usually get others to help out so the line always moves fast! There's a few tables where to sit, but we usually always take the food to-go. The restaurant itself isn't super fancy, but it's also not dirty or ugly. It looks clean and well maintained by the staff. We've tried other Chinese food spots in the general area, but we always come back to this one! It's definitely our favorite. read more

First time meeting the owner of this place and he was TERRIBLE!! Asked him about the serving size because it different than what I've gotten in the past and he started getting defensive and I was trying to just explain to him that I've never had a small serving size like the one he gave me before. So he asked which worker I told him the 2 ladies that I've only encountered here and he kept denying it and I explained that I was just trying to tell him that I've never had that type of serving size then he got argumentative and so I just explained to him I don't want the plates anymore especially if I'll be talked to like this when I was just telling him about the serving size smh. Our favorite local "combo A, combo b". There's almost always a line, but the lady at the counter hustles fast, and I've never waited all that long. It's everything I need from Chinese fast food. Before the pandemic I'd see people eating in, but never anymore. There is a small dining room, but everyone I see takes it out. I've been coming here for some time. In fact, it was the only place I'd come for "Chinese". Today I made a note to not return, unless there is a new owner or change. The food has changed. The orange chicken use to be meaty, now it's a pocket of air with a tiny piece of chicken inside. Basically you're eating the outer layer of orange chicken with no chicken. It's like eating a mozzarella stick with no cheese inside. You get nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! It's like attending an amusement park. Never had to pay for a fortune cookie or sirachi packet before because they are usually complimentary at EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT. But you will here! And it's weird because sometimes I do and sometimes I don't get charged for those things? It's like if the owner is in the mood to charge you.... Customer service is cold. The owner is not friendly. She makes you feel unwelcome. You would think she'd want to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I never stay to eat because of that. It's almost like she'sannoyed you're there. I went in and ordered 3 bowls. Go to pay and they are having problems with the chip reader. My card is well used and hard to read. The girl behind the counter tried to input it manually a couple times but was declined. Due to a wrong number being put it, but like I said it is hard to read. She asks the owner for help and she says "'Aybar he has no money" and tells her to move on. She said the Apple Pay is working so I input the card into Apple Pay and viola it worked. The worker was great the owner was not. That was a rude and embarrassing thing to say in front of a line of many customers. I feel really bad if she had ever done that to someone who actually couldn't pay. I am sure she won't miss my business but she won't be getting it anymore. The food is fine. read more

I'm just speaking for myself here, but I've never gone to _any_ fast-food place to be smiled at. I'm just there to grab a quick, tasty meal and that's what I've always gotten at Wok In. I'm a big fan of the orange chicken and I find that a rice bowl is enough for two meals. The BBQ pork is also pretty good. The noodles can be hit or miss. Once in a while they are a little on the oily side for some reason, so I tend to just get fried rice. The one downside for me is that you have to be sure to ask for all of the sauces you want, like wonton dipping sauce, soy sauce, or hot mustard or they may not give you any at all. Once you ask, you will likely get more than you need. So yeah, the ladies working there are on the serious side, so just go for the food and you will probably be happy enough to smile on your own. read more

I come here for the "really good noodles." as Neo would put it. I also love the Orange/Spicy Orange Chicken and Crispy Chicken. Sometimes I add a couple egg rolls. All extremely delicious and fresh.
