I never like to bash a place, but I am beyond tired of this place and their poor customer service. I can't get over how rude they are. Not just that the food was gross rice was un edible super hard. Everything was ice cold eggroll must've been sitting out all day. I gave the lady $20.50. My total at first was $9.19. I added an eggroll for a dollar. She gave back only $9.30 cents when I asked if this was the correct change she gave attitude and said you want receipt I said yes handed it to me as I was talking and walked away. The pork is good, not too fatty, and savory warming spices, such as anise seeds and allspice provide lingering flavors. I especially loved the spicy chicken, which is closer to Szchuan cuisine than Hong Kong style. The jalapeños really have a kick! The fried rice is light, perhaps some butter, but not as salty as other places. The chow mein is what it is, but well prepared, al dente even. I was starving after the gym on a Friday and I've been wanting to try this place out. It wasn't busy but it was also after 7:30pm. I decided to get a 1 item (Orange chicken) with steamed rice and noodles. I also got an order of fried shrimp. The fried shrimp took about 6 minutes to cook and came with 1 sweet and sour sauce. I think they should give at least 2 because I ran out of it before I was done with my shrimp. The fried shrimp was good. Not the best I've had but I would order again if I was craving fried shrimp. The orange chicken was decent but I don't think I would get it again. Go to Panda Express down the street for really good orange chicken. The noodles were good. I took a picture of my combo plate but my phone didn't save it for some reason :( The interior is typical for a Chinese fast food location. It was clean and the lady ran and shut the door right away after customers left and forgot to close it. It makes sense considering they have food sitting out so you don't want flies coming in. Visited the new Sun's Kitchen Chinese food restaurant in Jurupa Valley shops tonight. Restaurant was not super busy, and walking in the two workers were speaking in a foreign language and made ordering a little awkward. Initially food appearance was not the best for local Chinese, the orange chicken looked like more breading than chicken, and the mushroom chicken looked more mushrooms that chicken... where's the chicken! The location offers a small box at around 10.00, and a large box around 13,00. The large box was huge compared to the small box with enough for 2-3 people. The sides were a rice noodle, chow mein, rice, and vegetable. The sides included vegetable and chicken egg rolls, and creamcheese won tons. Initially taste lead to a flavor profile that was lacking the "well seasoned wok" flavor.... Little flavor, and even with soy sauce the salt level was low. The noodles were almost tasteless. The orange chicken was disgusting... at least my dogs liked it... hard with no real chicken flavor... the BBQ chicken was fairly tasty, but the seasoning was inconsistent. Finally the teriyaki chicken was bland, a little better with the sauce. The cream cheese wontons were undercooked, with a lot of cream cheese included. Delicious food and the prices are great. They have a huge variety of entrees and sides. The service is exactly what you'd expect from a family run, fast dining restaurant. The decorations are cute and they have fun music playing during lunch. They have cans and bottles as well as fountain drinks that's customer accessible. There's plenty of seating for a larger group of 6-8 to sit down and they have delivery within 5 mile radius. Order on their website for the delivery. We got two plates with orange chicken, creamy shrimp, cream cheese wontons, and two drinks for $34.00. We came in on a whim and are full and happy. I visited today during my lunch break and had a very disappointing experience. While I was looking at the menu, the cashier began tapping her pen, as if trying to rush me--despite there being no one behind me in line. When I placed my initial order, she immediately asked me to pay. I politely told her that I wasn't done ordering, but she kept interrupting, repeating "pay, pay, pay" even as I was trying to speak. I had cash visibly in my hand and never gave any indication that I wouldn't pay. Her behavior made me feel as if I was being accused of not intending to pay or trying to run off with the food, which was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I've never experienced such rude service before, and I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with more courtesy and professionalism. The lady did not do that to other customers that arrived after me. While I got up to get more soda before leaving she was speaking to her coworker in her language and pointing at me. I asked her why is she pointed at me and she looked down and started speaking in her language. So unprofessional. Will not be coming back after this. read more

We live right down the street so it was less than a 5 - 7 min drive, when we sat down to eat we had to microwave the food before eating.
