This is a serious cross-contamination concern and completely defeats the purpose of wearing gloves in the first place. What made this experience even more disappointing was the response when I brought the issue to a server's attention. Rather than acknowledging my concern or taking any action, she simply looked at me, smiled, and walked away. No explanation, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no indication that my concern was being taken seriously. Management needs to take a serious look at its sanitation practices and employee training. Food safety is not optional, and customer concerns should never be dismissed with a smile and a walk away. Very disappointing and concerning experience. I don't care how good the food is, there is absolutely no excuse for such disgusting and unsanitary food-handling practices. Good food means nothing when basic hygiene and customer safety are being ignored.

Since I've been coming here, this is the first time I seen customers take advantage of the free service.
