I was starving after the gym on a Friday and I've been wanting to try this place out. It wasn't busy but it was also after 7:30pm. I decided to get a 1 item (Orange chicken) with steamed rice and noodles. I also got an order of fried shrimp. The fried shrimp took about 6 minutes to cook and came with 1 sweet and sour sauce. I think they should give at least 2 because I ran out of it before I was done with my shrimp. The fried shrimp was good. Not the best I've had but I would order again if I was craving fried shrimp. The orange chicken was decent but I don't think I would get it again. Go to Panda Express down the street for really good orange chicken. The noodles were good. I took a picture of my combo plate but my phone didn't save it for some reason :( The interior is typical for a Chinese fast food location. It was clean and the lady ran and shut the door right away after customers left and forgot to close it. It makes sense considering they have food sitting out so you don't want flies coming in. All in all, I give it a 3/5

I am impressed... I went in just after 1030 when they opened.. It took a few minutes for food to start being put out.. Definitely worth the wait.. The staff are super friendly.. I got the lunch special with all chow mein and orange chicken.. Comes with a veggie egg roll and a drink.. The food was hot and fresh.. I am a fan and will definitely be back.. Thank You..

Apple maps says 9:45 but when I called to see if I can make it down there in time to order , they told me they really close at 9:30 :(.

It's been a long day. My husband opened the fridge, stared into the abyss, and declared, "There's nothing to eat." I had two choices: drag myself to the grocery store, buy ingredients, and attempt to cook (a questionable endeavor at best), or take a gamble on a new Chinese place. Naturally, I chose the path of least resistance. I kid you not, I walked out with a feast for just $25 (2x 2 items combo). Enough to feed my family of three *and* have leftovers for tomorrow. There is no way I could have spent any less than $50 on all these ingredients at the grocery store. Now, let's talk taste. It's decent--better than my cooking (but, let's be honest, that's a low bar). I've had better, but for the price? No complaints. The Kung Pao chicken? A winner. The noodles? Surprisingly good--not the bland disappointment some reviews warned about. My only gripe? Every chicken dish I ordered came battered. I would have been happy if they just left it unbattered on some of the meats dishes. Would I come back? Absolutely. There's no way I could whip this up myself for $25. If I'm feeling fancy, I'll splurge at P.F. Chang's. But for a solid, budget-friendly meal? This place just made the list. P.s. To comfortably indulge, recommend transferring to separate dishes

Very quick and in a great spot. They have a lunch meal deal chow mein and fried rice with one entree but this was the larger container with two portions.

Visited the new Sun's Kitchen Chinese food restaurant in Jurupa Valley shops tonight. Restaurant was not super busy, and walking in the two workers were speaking in a foreign language and made ordering a little awkward. Initially food appearance was not the best for local Chinese, the orange chicken looked like more breading than chicken, and the mushroom chicken looked more mushrooms that chicken... where's the chicken! The location offers a small box at around 10.00, and a large box around 13,00. The large box was huge compared to the small box with enough for 2-3 people. The sides were a rice noodle, chow mein, rice, and vegetable. The sides included vegetable and chicken egg rolls, and creamcheese won tons. Initially taste lead to a flavor profile that was lacking the "well seasoned wok" flavor.... Little flavor, and even with soy sauce the salt level was low. The noodles were almost tasteless. The orange chicken was disgusting... at least my dogs liked it... hard with no real chicken flavor... the BBQ chicken was fairly tasty, but the seasoning was inconsistent. Finally the teriyaki chicken was bland, a little better with the sauce. The cream cheese wontons were undercooked, with a lot of cream cheese included. Overall the restaurant is just getting started, and will likely get better. Compared to the local competition in this space the food was forgettable... C+ meal... better out there...

Chow Mein, fried rice, spicy chicken

I went for the first time on Feb 1st 2026. And I happened to be there during lunch hour and they had a 11$ lunch special ! Chow Mein and Fried Rice with one entree, and a drink and egg roll for less than 11$ !! I recommend this place, their noodles and rice were delicious and it was fast! The place inside look clean and nice ! I'm totally coming here more for my Chinese food lunch days !!

This small whole in the wall Chinese food joint is very, very, very different then most others with a hot food bar at the front of the restaurant where you can pick what you want and be on your way super quick or a list of things you can order and have served once they make it. Now, what I came for was the Orange Chicken Fries and that is exactly what I ordered, as well as a small order of teriyaki chicken to sample on the side. Let's start small with the teriyaki chicken and say it was super good and probably some of the best I've had in years. The meat was juicy and the flavour was top notch. The main event? Them orange chicken fries! I can't even begin to explain just how good this meal was. The orange chicken itself consisted of large cut up chunks on top of a bed of delicious french fries with some of the tastiest orange chicken sauce I've ever had, so what happens when it's all mixed together? THE PERFECT MEAL! thats what. Overall, This place may be far outside of Los Angeles, but I know i'll be hitting this up every few months thats for sure. The staff here was super friendly during our wait and the food was absolutely delicious. Now, I'll be honest here, it was the cleanest place I've been, but it was super busy so I'm willing to let that slide this time.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the amount of food and the fortune cookie was good! The quality is NOWHERE NEAR AS GOOD as the location in Montclair off Upland. I was visiting my parents nearby and decided to get food for lunch from here. I ordered a combo: all chow mein, orange chicken and teriyaki Chicken. The noodles are not good, the teriyaki chicken tastes like it's seasoned with the same as the bbq pork (red colored teriyaki?!?!??) and the orange chicken was breaded differently and tasted not so orange. Highly disappointed . I will definitely NOT return.

Tiny Spot, Massive Flavor and Portions!…read more I honestly can't believe I've never been to Little Buddha Thai Kitchen before, but after tonight, I will absolutely be a regular. It's a super charming, intimate little spot--the maximum occupancy sign says 34, so it's quite small, but that just adds to the cozy, welcoming neighborhood vibe. Because of the size, you get a great look at what everyone else is eating, which turned out to be a lifesaver. We were originally going to order appetizers, but once we saw the size of the portions coming out of the kitchen, we decided to wait. The plates here are absolutely massive! The couple right next to us ordered the spring rolls, and they were huge and looked completely delicious. Definitely saving room for them next time. For our main dishes, we ordered the Yellow Curry with Beef and the Tom Kha Gai. We asked for both to be prepared with medium heat, and the kitchen hit the absolute sweet spot. The spice level gave a perfect kick without overpowering the rich, aromatic flavors. The curry was incredibly savory and comforting, and the Tom Kha Gai had that flawless balance of creamy coconut milk and bright, tangy lemongrass notes. Don't let the small storefront fool you--the food and the portions are huge. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to explore the rest of the menu. I'll definitely be back.

Today's lunch turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Almost our next-door neighbor, Eastvale…read morehas grown quite rapidly in the past decade. This city has developed into a very respectable, well planned bedroom community and offers many options for dining out. Unfortunately, most are big chain restaurants. Finding a really delicious, authentic, family-run Chinese cafe was not something I had anticipated, but here it is! This is in a small storefront location. They have been in business for nearly 8 years. Looking at it from the aspect of a Yelp average star rating, I had not been that impressed, but then, looking at their most recent reviews and prolific menu, I had to rethink my first impressions. The non-cookie cutter menu and very extensive offerings gave me clues. I decided a visit would help answer questions on how such a tiny place could support such a huge menu. We settled on 3 dishes. It was really hard with so many options. Pork Feet with Pickled Pepper, a non-conventional dish, turned out to be fabulous with its spicy jalapeños, orange peppers, fresh ginger, and garlic. Any Filipino, which coincidently includes my husband, knows that pigs' feet can be a real delicacy when done right. Expect a lot of bone (of course), but the tendon and meat were soft and brimming with flavor. I usually resist eating anything with hot peppers, but the spicy heat disappeared fairly quickly and left only the sensational taste of the other mouth-watering aromatics. This was a very oily dish, but that is also what made the sauce so darn good. Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce. Rather than order a full order a la carte, I went with a lunch portion, aka Lunch #16. Lunch includes a small cup of soup (today's was a delicious, thickened egg flower soup with corn), a vegetable-filled eggroll, and cup of steamed rice. I loved the corn soup and did not expect the crispy eggroll to be as good as it actually was. Eggroll is usually a poorly executed, space holder on mediocre, fast food lunch plates. This one was freshly cooked and really good. The entree, tender, unbattered chunks of white fish, was nicely prepared with bell pepper, onion, garlic, and fermented black bean. It made me very happy. Chow Fun with Beef. Delicious! The thinly sliced beef was very tender, and had that delicate, smokey wok hay flavor I love. I would not hesitate to recommend it. If I had one wish, it would be for them to use less oil in their cooking. The flavors were delicious but too rich. I'm sure they could accommodate my preference and still have a dish with a great outcome. And to sort of answer my question about how they handle such an extensive menu, the kitchen was commandeered by a single, hard working chef this particular day. I am in awe. I have no qualms about returning. This is a great alternative to driving into LA and Orange County to find great, non-Americanized Chinese food. Just don't come between 3 and 4 pm, because they give themselves a lunch break. FYI, I asked before we left if they stay open for the holidays, like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. The server said yes. I am excitedly bookmarking this place for the future and hoping this is accurate.
