Jenna greeted me with: well you're here before your groomer, and I can't check them in, because I can't be responsible, so you'll need to wait. I said okay... Then, she said, you won't be able to drop them off together bc one of your appointments is for now and one is for an hour from now. I explained that in the past, I've always dropped them off together, and they hold one while they groom the other..Because I live twenty minutes away, it doesn 't make sense to go back and forth for each dog separately. She told me, she didn't think that would be possible because she wasn't sure if our groomer would have other dogs that she needed to have there... which doesn't make sense...I've seen them hold a bunch of different dogs while they're doing the grooming and waiting for owners to show up and pick them up. They have tables stacked with decorated cookies and treats that look good enough to eat yourself. The store is bright and cheerful. It doesn't have that typical wet dog smell you find at some groomers. Sunday and Franco absolutely love it here. They dragged us right through the front door. Both mine and the other ladies dogs badly needed to be groomed because they are long haired and it gets uncomfortable for the dog. Do NOT bring your dog here if they are even the slightest bit feisty or uneasy around strangers because he will flat out refuse to do it even tho it's in the nature of his business. He also says he does not believe in muzzles or harnesses to keep the dog from fighting or biting.
