Sheileen and the gang are amazing. My dogs love them, and they are so wonderful and perfectly reliable. When I travel, I know my dog will be loved all day every day while I'm away, or if I need to change up the schedule based on my availability, they are right there to make sure everything works perfectly. I never have any worries. They recently shifted to an online portal, which makes all the communication and scheduling totally transparent, I always know exactly what is happening and when. Sheileen and Go Dog Go has been a gift our family. Our family has a very active dog that needs lots of stimulation and exercise. I happen upon two dog walkers with a crew of dogs during one of my daily walks with my dog at Schenley Park. I asked them if I could have their contact information because all the dogs were calm, content, and can I say "happy." They gave me their Go Dog Go business cards. Sheileen meticulously interviewed myself and our dog. :) Our dog completed the orientation process that included multiple dog outings and she is now a "regular." We have been with Go Dog Go for 10 years. Our Goldendoodle has attended the playgroup 4 times a week and it has been the best experience for both our dog Oliver and our family. Why? Because of their care, responsibility, dependability and love for Oliver. People always say to me that your dog is so well behaved, calm, happy and healthy. Go Dog Go is the VERY BEST pet service I've ever had. We use them to give our dog daily walks, boarding with the walkers when we're away, and to get her back and forth to the groomers. They are so responsive, so reliable, and so thoughtful in every way. Most important is that the employees seem to really care a lot about our dog, Willow. This is important for her daily walks, but especially so when she stays at their houses when we're away. We've had her board with GDG for up to two weeks at a stretch. They always send lots of pictures and updates, and our dog comes home really happy and not at all stressed. They use a very easy online scheduling platform and they're super-responsive and accommodating, even if things change at short notice. They do a little intake in your house when you start services, which I think is good. It ensures that the other dogs are not aggressive. I feel they take the dogs' safety very seriously. So I just can't overemphasize what a great company this is. I can't think of anything that would make it better! read more

Not a review of the service, per se, but the interview process. The person who spoke with me waited until we'd been talking for over half an hour about my situation and my pet before revealing that I'd have no choice in who would be caring for my elderly, medically challenged pet while I would be gone for several days. I appreciate that as a business they have a crew who supports each other and shares the load. But that information should have been offered up front with an explanation of how the business operates before wasting so much of my time as I explained the level of care which would be needed. I especially didn't appreciate them sending me to a generic pet sitter website to find an alternative pet sitter when I made it clear I only use sitters that are recommended by friends or people I know. read more

We have been using Go Dog Go for about a year and a half and will never use another dog walking service. Sheileen and our walker Owen are an incredible blend of compassion and professionalism. They are consistent, reliable, and flexible. Both Sheileen and Owen are responsive over email and text; it is obvious they really care about animals. Last year our daschund was paralyzed from IVDD for several months, he lost all bladder and bowel control during this time as well. Owen walked our other dog as usual and met the needs of our disabled dog during a very difficult time. As our daschund's needs and abilities have changed throughout his recovery, Owen and Sheileen have continued to be flexible and meet his needs. We are eternally grateful for their care, and do not know what we would do without them. P.S. we have had a substitute walker on several occasions when Owen is out of town and they have been just as wonderful! read more
