Butterfly promptly called me back, tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone and when that didn't work, they stopped by on a Sunday. WOW! They taught me more about our pool in 20 minutes than I'd learned in 3 years from various providers. They were affordable and when they left our home, I had immediate peace. Although the part needs to be replaced, I'm glad it led us to Butterfly. I cancelled our existing service and know that we are in great hands with Butterfly.

He provides timely updates and is an absolute pleasure to work with, we've had some repairs needed as well and Nate was the guy to do the repairs, sends photos of the work being done (nice bonus) and Ryan is the gentleman who does the weekly cleaning and keeps it looking sparkly clean!
