I followed the voicemail instructions and sent a detailed message with photos of the damage and my email address for a quote. I didn't hear back for over a week, so I followed up again with another polite message. When I finally received a response, it was abrupt, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the delay or offering any customer service, the reply was a short message demanding payment upfront and refusing to work with the warranty provider (ECP), which I was told by Zimbrick he could work with. Even if that is not the case or things have changed, his response was not warranted or appreciated. I will take my business elsewhere! If you value respectful communication, timely responses, and basic professionalism, I will strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was frustrating and disappointing--especially coming from a business recommended by a trusted dealership.

I needed a new tire and had my vehicle towed to Hammers as it was the closest place to my house…read more The repair was completed in a timely manner - however, two weeks after getting an alignment and four new tires from them (as my other tires were quite old and in need of replacement) my front axle snapped while I was driving home from the store. It had apparently rusted through and the car is now undrivable. I did receive a report of the base inspection after services had already been completed which did not indicate any danger of my axle snapping. I do believe that the services rendered by Hammers were done properly but had I known that the vehicle was that close to death, I would not have let them talk me into replacing all the tires. When we discussed the tire options, it sounded like the vehicle would last at least until winter as snow was brought up multiple times when discussing what would fit on my vehicle. In total I spent roughly $1000 dollars to be able to drive my car for thirty more miles. Not worth it. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This location used to be my go to store. I drove past another Discount Tire to have proper service…read moredone. Yesterday they caused a nightmare I am still dealing with today. I brought my truck in for a tire rotation and balance. I reminded them the air pressure needed to be reset. After waiting a bit I was ushered into the work area. The person working on my truck cross threaded one of the lugs. The lug nuts are not old as they were purchased from Discount Tire per their recommendation. They claimed the installer screwed it on by hand three turns instead of their company policy of five. A pain yes but it happened. They told me they would repair. My truck is going in the shop for other maintenance the next day and that can be taken care of. I get my truck back and the air pressure is 25 lbs low in the rear and 15 in the front. I had to have that corrected. I am also missing a center cap from my truck. The shop claimed it was missing when I arrived. They said they can order a new one. This is a comedy of errors and I'm paying the price. I would avoid this location. As a company I have bought tires for decades. This location is not up to par.

A few months ago, we brought our truck in for repairs and they helped us through the process of how to apply our warranty to our amount due to help ease the cost. Just today I dropped my car off right away for an oil change stating I did not need it back until 5 PM and they had it done within an hour. I was so impressed! Their hours say that they open at 8, but I have come 10 minutes prior to that and they have been open and ready to help me with a smile. It also doesn't hurt that there is the sweetest black lab that will greet you when you walk in. Seriously. If you were having a bad day, this has to make you smile (unless you're not a dog person). I just wish they were open on weekends, but hey, they deserve a break, too.
