I was met with the absolute best customer service. Not only did they squeeze me into a tight schedule but they also did a quick check over on my car and made sure it was running as smoothly as possible. I knew I needed an oil change and they were able to get that done as well. I spoke with one of the owners in depth about their business philosophy of repair instead of replace parts when possible and always taking care of customers. They were super helpful and nice and took the time to explain everything. I will be going to this spot for all my car issues for the rest of my time in Madison. He also got the van up on the alignment machine, and within a few minutes readjusted the alignment, including the steering wheel that was off-kilter and driving me absolutely nuts. A few months ago, we brought our truck in for repairs and they helped us through the process of how to apply our warranty to our amount due to help ease the cost. Just today I dropped my car off right away for an oil change stating I did not need it back until 5 PM and they had it done within an hour. I was so impressed! Their hours say that they open at 8, but I have come 10 minutes prior to that and they have been open and ready to help me with a smile. It also doesn't hurt that there is the sweetest black lab that will greet you when you walk in. Seriously. If you were having a bad day, this has to make you smile (unless you're not a dog person). I just wish they were open on weekends, but hey, they deserve a break, too.

Anything in the middle is left where it should be - unmentioned. In the case of A-One Autoworks......it is AWESOME. I've been there twice now. But before i go on, I have to say. DON'T let the location or appearance of the place throw you off. This is a place where I've taken a Porsche and Audi to get worked done and the quality of the workmanship is impeccable (If only the swankier body shops had service as good as they looked from the outside) Price wise, I would say that you get way more than you pay for. Bill (the owner) is an unassuming bespectacled guy who you will often find with a beer in hand. He is the nicest, most honest and sincere auto body workshop owner I have ever met. Which is why I go straight to him even though it is out of the way for me and I have to cab back from the middle of nowhere(Figure of speech) He will tell you honestly what really needs to get done and how he can help you out based on your budget. I highly recommend! P.s Bring him a 6 pack of beer when you bring the car in to get work done and you'll have a friend for life! (I can't substantiate that claim but you'll know what i'm talking about when you get to it) 1 star - GREAT SERVICE 1 star - GREAT Workmanship 1 star - AWESOME Value 1 star - HONEST ADVICE (even if it means less money for him) 1 star - FEEL GOOD FEELING (after paying knowing that you didn't get taken for a ride and because you know you most probably saved at least a few hundred bucks from anywhere else THEREFORE 5 STARS*****!!

They took great care of me to such an extent that I want to bring my vehicle back for any maintenance that needs to be done. Pros: The front desk guy: very friendly, he remembers the clients and interacts with them on a personal level. My vehicle was not completely repaired on the first try. I called when the issue resurfaced and he immediately remembered who I was, expressed concern, and scheduled a follow up appointment. Their attitude: it's evident that they are committed to getting the job done right. It seems as if every person working there has a genuine love and interest for what they do. Their integrity: you have to worry about whether mechanics are trying to upsell you on things you do not need a lot of times. This was not the case here whatsoever. I did not get the "greedy" vibe from this place. They were genuinely concerned with fixing what the issue was and sending me on the way from there. Cons: I'm short on that right now. It was an all around positive experience.
