I knew I needed an oil change and they were able to get that done as well. I spoke with one of the owners in depth about their business philosophy of repair instead of replace parts when possible and always taking care of customers. First, I called to check on prices, explained it was full synthetic for a 2019 KIA Sorento V6. I was quoted $83 and offered a coupon for $25 off, bringing it down to $68. I went to the fish Hatchery location at 9:30am, after waiting for 5 mins a service person came out and told me they were temporarily closed because he was the only one who showed up, offered for me to head to the Whitney Way location. So I did, was third in line. Service person came to me after 5 mins of waiting and asked me to come back in 20 mins. So I did. When I came back, the price I was quoted over the phone wasn't the price at the service center. It was a whopping $132... includes a $5 shop service charge and $11/quart over 5 (not unusual for addl cost but pricey-- and I have a 6.3qt system, they round up to the next qt!) They also took an HOUR to complete the service and tried to not put on my bottom skid plate, offering to place it in my trunk with the bolts instead!!! I repeat...
