We were told the car was ready. We drove 2 hours to get the car to wait 8 hours for us to tell them something else was wrong. They did not test drive the car after the initial repair so was not aware that the turbo was not working. We waited another 2 weeks or so for them to fix this problem. As we were driving home the same issue was happening to the car. We were told to drive it home and it would work itself out. A week later we brought the car to the dealer for $180 for them to tell us it was the turbo. We drove the car back up to Maurice & sons to get a replacement. 5 WEEKS LATER and many text messages back and forth the car is done. We get it home and they damaged the front hood! This has been the worst experience in communication and overall satisfaction. I can't believe this. Don't try calling with complaints because they hang up on you. You must go in-person to get anything done.

I called M&M, and he showed up in under 10 minutes. Tried to jump my car, tried another trick, and then pulled my car with a chain to a nearby parking lot so I could get a tow. Keep in mind, this is a roadside assistance company, not a towing company. He was incredibly polite and reassuring, and basically the reason why I didn't burst into tears. His help was very much appreciated, and I recommend calling him if you need a jump or some other form of roadside assistance.

The driver quickly realized a specialized truck was needed, and another one arrived about 15 minutes later with a flatbed. The two drivers worked together with great communication to carefully lift my car off the rock without causing any damage. FLT took the response and well from there it was awful. First, took over an hour to get to him. Then once the driver got there he saw my sons ford fiesta (not much bigger than a matchbox car) and told him that he needed to use a "special equipment?" to get him out and that he needed to pay $642.01 before he could assist. I immediately called AAA and had someone on the phone along with my son and AAA received the update directly from my son. They advised at that time they couldn't do anything but that he could submit the bill back to AAA and they would "consider" if they would reimburse him. I needed my son out and safe, so I told him to pay it because we didn't know any better. My son took pictures of where he was and how the driver did not need to do anything special. FLT took advantage of my son and his need for assistance. And had I known better, I would have told him to tell the driver "no thank you" and just called another company to assist. But since we belong to AAA I figured we needed to do what was being instructed. Thank god AAA was on the phone when all this was happening. My son sent all the documentation to them and they refunded him fully! We have learned a big lesson!! I hope to never need this tow company again.
