I needed to have my vehicle towed due to a bad starter and I called around and got quotes from $100 - almost $300. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to towing pricing. It's the wild west! The towing service closest to me was the most expensive quote I received (2x more than what I ended up paying). One said they would tow it but only if I took it to their shop ("Inbound Only" towing they called it)??? I didn't know that was a thing. I live less than 4 miles from my preferred mechanic shop though so I politely said no and kept calling around. Of the services that sounded like they knew what they were doing, quoted a fair price, could get to me in a reasonable time and would actually take my vehicle where I wanted it to go (weird that's even a factor you have to consider) I chose Fuegos and I am glad I did. They gave me an ETA & when one truck got diverted to another tow Juanerio called me right away to let me know his son Alan would actually be able to get to me quicker. Alan arrived a few minutes early, was very professional and took good care of my SUV. He even called me after to let me know the mechanic was closed (I knew it would be close to their closing time) and that he had left the key as I instructed in their overnight drop box. A fair price, great service and good communication. I would definitely use this family owned business again. read more

Excellent professional service! I required the transport of my Astro van from Madison to my residence 25 miles away. Fuegos was the first to respond with a quote, which was lower than the competition. The pickup was scheduled at my convenience, and an unanticipated traffic delay was communicated quickly and effectively. The flatbed truck used was in perfect shape, looked well-maintained and professional. Alan, the owner, was very friendly and efficient, and even agreed to follow my alternate route home with no hesitations. I will certainly contact this outstanding family business again for my towing needs! read more

I requested Fuegos tow my vehicle to the shop when it refused to start during some extreme cold weather. Once on site they were able to jumpstart the battery where my own attempts had failed. In all it saved me more than 40% of the estimated towing cost and prevented me having to deal with the time and cost of a mechanic. I highly recommend this company and its services. read more

My car broke down recently and I had to get it towed on short notice to my mechanic. I was able to call them, get a reasonable quote, and they promptly sent one of their tow trucks over. They also did a quick diagnostic to help narrow down the issue with my car for the mechanic. Overall, they were quick, reasonably priced, and friendly. Highly recommend! read more
