I called 5 times and they let it ring all the way through every time, while they still had already charged me for the service. Luckily a state trooper showed up and let me sit in his car and got me a tow company to show up in 15 MINUTES. This place is a scam and will screw you over, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
