I was trying to head back home before anything bad happened to my motor but couldn't make it as it started to overheat really bad. Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell! When i called and asked where the driver was the dispatcher said he would call him and call me right back, i waited a half an hour and no call back. I called 5 times and they let it ring all the way through every time, while they still had already charged me for the service. Luckily a state trooper showed up and let me sit in his car and got me a tow company to show up in 15 MINUTES. This place is a scam and will screw you over, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I WILL BE ISSUING A REFUND.
