The driver quickly realized a specialized truck was needed, and another one arrived about 15 minutes later with a flatbed. The two drivers worked together with great communication to carefully lift my car off the rock without causing any damage. One driver even lay on the ground to check the underside of my car to make sure it was safe to drive. In the end, my car was fine, and the whole job cost only $163. We were told the car was ready. We drove 2 hours to get the car to wait 8 hours for us to tell them something else was wrong. They did not test drive the car after the initial repair so was not aware that the turbo was not working. We waited another 2 weeks or so for them to fix this problem. As we were driving home the same issue was happening to the car. We were told to drive it home and it would work itself out. A week later we brought the car to the dealer for $180 for them to tell us it was the turbo. We drove the car back up to Maurice & sons to get a replacement. 5 WEEKS LATER and many text messages back and forth the car is done. We get it home and they damaged the front hood! This has been the worst experience in communication and overall satisfaction. I can't believe this. Don't try calling with complaints because they hang up on you. We had a shipment of 20' shipping containers that we needed to have unloaded from a flatbed trailer and delivered to a nearby location. FLT took the response and well from there it was awful. First, took over an hour to get to him. Then once the driver got there he saw my sons ford fiesta (not much bigger than a matchbox car) and told him that he needed to use a "special equipment?" to get him out and that he needed to pay $642.01 before he could assist. I immediately called AAA and had someone on the phone along with my son and AAA received the update directly from my son. They advised at that time they couldn't do anything but that he could submit the bill back to AAA and they would "consider" if they would reimburse him. I needed my son out and safe, so I told him to pay it because we didn't know any better. My son took pictures of where he was and how the driver did not need to do anything special. FLT took advantage of my son and his need for assistance. And had I known better, I would have told him to tell the driver "no thank you" and just called another company to assist. But since we belong to AAA I figured we needed to do what was being instructed. Thank god AAA was on the phone when all this was happening. My son sent all the documentation to them and they refunded him fully! We have learned a big lesson!! I hope to never need this tow company again. Beware, they like to overcharge (probably because they saw a young kid and figured they could get away with it). So happy that AAA agreed!!

Had been to Zimbrick 1 1/2 hours prior to oil change at Christian brothers. Zimbrick did a full…read moreinspection and found everything good. Then I go to Christian brothers and they offer to do an inspection. No thanks Zimbrick just did one a bit ago Today. Later, an Employee comes out and says I have an oil leak and for $140 they can inspect for the problem. No thanks. After oil change I drive away and smell oil. Go to my cousin two miles away and we open the hood to oil spilled all over the engine. I drive back to Christian brothers and the mechanic admits his funnel burped and oil spilled. Didn't bother to clean it up until I took it back. Ends up there isn't an issue with an oil leak, it was the oil he spilled running down under the car.
