I paid the service charge of $85.00. When he returned with the part, I was charged another $85.00 for a service charge plus the cost of the part. I explained I understood the service charge to be a one-time charge not a charge for him to come out and another service upon returning to install the part. Everyone else I contacted informed me there would be a one-time service charge to include coming out to diagnose the problem and if they had to return because a part was needed. We negotiated the amount and I paid $125.00. The following day, I tried the printer only to discover the roller he installed was still not grabbing the paper. I called Dan and he told me he would come out the next day. The next day came, and Dan did not show or call. I called him again; he apologized and informed me he would come out after 5pm. Again, another no show. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and honesty, not to mention the out-of-pocket expense of $210.00 for a printer that is not working.
