Upon first glance, Bad Apples is hard to find. Look for the South Miami post office and park across the street. If the building looks like it is an apartment building and Basel Tailor is nearby- you know you've found it. They are on the ground level. Carlos and Max care about a good customer experience. It took longer than I anticipated, but I was happy to not leave my phone and all of its personal information with them overnight. Plus, they explained their whole process to me while I was waiting. I have never broken an iphone, so I was a bit terrified of having someone open the phone. All of the what ifs came to mind. What if... my phone didn't work. What if... I lost all of my information? They reassured me that they'd honor a 90 day warranty if anything happened. Not too many phone repair retail shops would be willing to do that. I thought my Wife's iPhone 5 was destroyed. Glass shattered and cutting her fingers. I thought it was time for a new one. Decided to look on Craigslist after being on hold with my local apple store for 30 min and found Bad Apples in South Miami. Called and spoke with Carlos. He was very professional and told me to come right in. Walked in to a very clean comfortable shop. Spoke with Max and he assured me it was an easy fix.
