First time visiting the optical at Target. They provided an excellent service. Dr Hernandez, was very courteous, professional and respectful. She did my eye exam and answered all my concerns in regards my vision and eye evaluation. I paid $40 in total for my eye and retinal exam. There is wide variety of lenses available. They also have a promotion for the second pair. The staff were also friendly, very patient and courteous. read more

It's a typical Target store. A large selection of lots of stuff, most at reasonable prices. There seemed to be quite a few staff members standing in the aisles looking at their cell phones rather than asking customers if they would like assistance. Parking was a challenge on a Thursday afternoon. A dozen spaces were set aside for picks up, eleven of the empty. Of course, there also the usual numbered of spaces reserved for the disabled. An entire row is dedicated only to Tesla electric vehicle chargers. It took some driving around to find a space. read more

Since target online is so terrible, I'm going to post this 1 star review to every target store as they don't have away to review their online store. To begin with after waiting and being denied access to their live agent for about 5 minutes, the agent eventually introduced themselves and said thank you for your patience while i review your chat with our AI. 5 minutes later nothing. I reiterate my need for a certain size curtain that my office mate bought from them. I had already explained I was having trouble with their search and was requesting the shoe me a couple products that cover my size needs. The live agent send me another link and disconnects our chat. Boycott target! read more

Last evening, we stopped by this Target since they are open later now for Christmas shoppers. We needed to look for some island wear for a future trip next year. They have a good selection of swimwear, cover ups, straw hats, beach bags, and other stuff. Their prices are much lower than at the resorts for the same quality. The service was good considering there were quite a few Xmas shoppers. Our cashier was cheerful and friendly. Parking was available in front of the store with wheelchair accessiblability spots. read more

This is one of the larger full service targets in the area, I'll venture up here when the urban mini targets aren't enough selection. The parking lot here is busy. All the time. Dawn to dusk and beyond. The nice part is there's usually some po-po in the area, it's well lit and if you want to combo a workout with your target run the sole Mia area is nice to take a run in back to FIU. read more

One of my favorite target locations, they're usually well stocked and have things that I can't find in other stores, specially baby products for our son The customer service is also usually great, we've picked up a few orders placed online and everyone has also always been very kind and helpful. read more

What a nightmare of a store. The only positive was the customer service, when I returned some items. The selection of toddler boys was AWFUL, there were no shorts and a poor selection. It was a mess and not organized. When I went to check-out the self serve line was wrapped around the aisle and only 2 registers and the lines were so long. No one seemed to care, no manager nothing and nobody to help. Terrible store, they need a major management change or shut the store down if you can't run it properly. Hard for me to say that Walmart is a better option than this Target. read more

I keep giving this location chances over and over only to get disappointed over and over. My last visit cashier only bagged one item I had and put large bags in the cart for me to bag myself I presume. I purchased 2 large decorative pillows and a faux plant. read more

Delivery on time or earlier. Driver very kind. That's it. I'm trying to shop now. Done typing without my glasses

One of my favorite discoveries of the pandemic is how awesome Target's curbside pickup is. We're fully vaccinated now, but I still use it because it's more convenient than going inside and doing my own grocery shopping. I really like that they have no minimum order and you don't have to select a pickup time. You just order and your groceries are ready within 2 hours. You have until the end of the next day to pick them up. We were on vacation and needed to pickup a few things so we stopped by this Target. Like many Targets, it's located in a pretty busy shopping center. read more

Im all about essential shopping these days so I flicked towards this mega center of temptation to procure some necessities for my covid lifestyle. Perrier is obviously always a must but I never neglect the candle section either because it's always sultry to have a peony scented candle in the background of every Stevie Nicks song I play during this quarantine of mine. Of course, I grabbed a hand mixer to concoct the Dalgona coffee everyone has been whipping up. Once I loaded my cart with board games, towels, plates, candles, chips, wine, mascara, and conditioner-I was ready to search for a new pair of socks to stroll across my living room in. For some reason, I find the layout here to be the most visually entertaining even if the fitting rooms are closed. I like opting for online orders sometimes and due to poor judgement on my behalf for certain items, my returns have been a breeze. Stay essential Target because I need you. read more

We love this target, staff members are always kind. We usually just pop in to grab what we need quickly and that's pretty much it. Lines are sometimes long but checkouts are usually pretty quickly and they have self-checkout which we love read more

Once again, i decided to go back and give them a try. Only one lane open and a line to check yourself out. AND... they have prices on some items that are better than Publix..... until you get to checkout and the item is 1, 2 and 3 dollars more. Inb this day of inflated prices, it would be nice if they priced things correctly so that you don't lose confidence in the store. Don't know if this is a management problem or lack of people working to change prices. But, I reported same problem 6 months ago, and, here we are. read more

What happened to this target location? We used to love coming here prior to the Christmas season. But this last month, the store had been out of stock and everything is a mess. I came here to get travel items for my child and the travel area (toothpaste, deodorant, etc) was more than half wiped out. So many packages were "open," people just taking out what they want, I'm assuming.... We also noticed candy wrappers everywhere. And open bags of chips, drinks on shelves.... This store is a complete mess. And so many things out of stock. We usually chose this location over Aventura. But now, driving miles out of our way to get a better shopping experience. read more

They have great prices, lines are short, you get in and out fast. Very helpful staff and my little cousins love the section infront of the store for deals on toys, and snacks. I must admit every time i go here i find something in the front that I just have to buy :). And things are neatly organize in the store which makes it easy to find what your looking for read more

A rough feeling location but a decent store, though definitely not as clean as you normally get at Target. This location seemed to be a trouble spot as there were police vehicles out front on a number of our visits and a monitor in the parking lot. While this is a smaller store layout for Target (and it felt a bit outdated) you can still spend just as much as the more recent builds and the SuperTargets. All in all, not terrible and yet when visiting the area it wouldn't be my first choice to stop if you can find another. read more

Just left this location. Have been coming here spending money for almost 2 years bc I live close, but I'm going to stop ....just got yelled at for using the "express" self checkout ....for having 13 items (small food items) in my cart instead of 10 ....When there is literally not one person waiting in the self checkout (or regular checkout lines)... While holding a 30 pound toddler and pushing a cart. I made sure I only bought the stated 10 items and don't plan on being back. Avoid this place. Have had similar rude workers but I've always giving them the benefit of the doubt before and another chance. Not anymore. read more

This is my local target and I go here often I have to say that I do avoid it here on weekends and I only come In the early morning because the checkout lines get very LONG. They are pretty good about restocking stuff here. I do think their customer service could be nicer especially during self checkout when you need an ID checked. Overall though this is a good target and I never have any issues with parking like others had claimed too I'm glad they got rid of the people trying to sell you stuff in the parking lot last year (that was awful) I literally used to get chased to my car. lol read more

I live blocks from here but I'm over this place. They push everyone to the four self checkouts and never have enough registers open. Most of the time I walk in and see the line back down the hall and turn around and walk out. I expect this from other stores but not Target. read more

I already love target with all of my heart but I wanted to leave a review for Kimmel (might have been Kimmer) at Target in North Miami by FIU. She was excellent and made my experience at the register so much more pleasant than it would have been with another store employee, I am sure. Great person to have on your team! read more

This Target I've been to many times. There's always plenty of parking and the store is never too packed the times I've visited. Every time I've been there's also been enough check outs so the lines weren't so long. I find this store to be well organized and clean compared to some of the other Targets I've been to. read more

Target - Checkout - Department Stores Near Me - North Miami Beach, Florida

Always a huge line. Only 1 cashier open. It's worst than a Walmart. No organize. Needs new management.

Target is good cause it has new cool things for family and things. And it has bedding clothes food for people.

I love me some Target. Something about the bullseye, the bright clean lighting, the cute dog, and the $1 section right at the front that is therapeutic. Though this particular location is not my favorite. The staff is friendly, but not always helpful. It seems that at this location, they are always moving and stocking items. The other day, I guess they were revamping the layout ..all of the bread, vitamin water, and apple sauce (my random shopping list) were no where to be found. The target employees didn't know where to direct me either. The lines here are usually long after 7pm and only a few registers are open. The $1 section is usually disorganized and picked over. They do however have a good selection of natural and organic foods and snacks. And since I like to eat, this is a plus/must. This Target location (and Starbucks inside) is convenient for me during the week and the selection of everyday items and snacks are decent. I come here at least once a week, to pick up necessities and random items. read more

Terrible security guard. So rude. Got kicked out for no reason. Also terrible service.

What a great experience I just had an self check out thanks to Keisha !! Let me tell you Keisha stepped Up to the plate so I was having issues with my self check out helped me scan much less pulled up my app save me so much money explain to me how to use there in store app also that the store Starbucks in there she save me literally over $20! It was so nice to be at this time with the Covid it she practiced social distance and went way beyond customer service!! thank you do much for your kindness read more

I always have a great experience here but it could be because 99% of my purchases are drive ups lol The only thing I would say they need to improve is their online inventory because sometimes things are out of stock, which means I have to go elsewhere or wait for the package to arrive in the mail. read more

Do not go to the target unless you want to wait forever for the worst service of your life!!! The lines are forever and have a long miles long, and I have enough employees, but the employees cannot manage the lines and I haven't been able to do so in the last three months. I waited in line 45 minutes to buy a book of stamps, weather target actually sell stamps are not wasn't really the problem, Standing for 45 minutes do you have a cashier asked me what a postage stamp was! Was! So I've now spent an hour trying to get postage stamps they said that they were available to target, to be faced with the fact that not only if they were available is the cashier not know what they are, but how is she going to dispense him and she doesn't even know what to postage stamp is? The employees want $15 an hour but they forget it requires customers for the business to run and their paychecks to be printed. I spent all the time on their phones texting their friends while they're working, they talk to the other employees and ignore the customers, that is not worth $15 an hour because you're literally not even doing your job, do you want $15 an hour act like the customers that know what you're doing I don't make people wait an hour to come to a target because that is ridiculous and whoever manages the target needs to fix it as soon as possible read more

We've been to this Target several times over the last few months. They NEVER have carts available. Today the greeter said, "We're short of carts today." What?!! Whether you have carts or not doesn't vary by day. Turns out their were dozens in the parking lot. Just say you're short staffed, which they obviously were: Only two checkout lanes were open despite the store being quite busy. This locations needs attention. read more

I'm giving this Target a 5-star because of DIAMOND. She's amazing and extremely helpful. I was on my Shipt shift and needed help, I asked 4 different employees to help me find a baby banana teeting toothbrush that a customer ordered and no one knew anything except told me to go look in baby section which was a given. Diamond is a rock start and provided amazing customer service. read more

The dumb fuck who took my return had it return to my card and not store credit and mumbled the whole time, stood at electronics for 10 minutes after asking for help twice and someone else asking for help there too, one register open and plenty of lazy bums standing around. Trash read more

For all of the employees that seem to be walking around the store aimlessly .... The least they can do is put oiler paper in the restroom. I don't make a habit of needing the toilet in public...but today was one of those days where it was needed ASAP. Needless to say...no TP ! The rolls they use in their machines a huge and last for multiple days...it would be nice if they check them so people aren't put in a "stranded situation " read more

I very rarely feel compelled to write reviews about retail stores, but John, my cashier, absolutely made my day. We chatted about cars and quitting smoking. Love this target! - my bad review is because of these people are standing out in the parking lot and approach you and do this strange sales pitch to follow them on Instagram. Didn't bother me the first toke but every time I visit they chase me down in the parking lot and hold me up for several minutes. Not sure how this is legal but it makes me feel uncomfortable and I've found myself visiting another store instead of this target because of it read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a target. I came in with my sister to purchase my niece a polly pocket doll toy set and I was treated RUDELY and comments were made that were very disrespectful. I was unable to buy the toy because the system said the item could not be sold. When I asked why, the cashier called over another young lady who said "we cannot sell it," OBVIOUSLY I was confused. So I asked how come, and they said something about the toy couldn't be sold because it is not supposed to be out until July 25th. My sister said thank you and I asked if she could go get another toy since my niece had been a very good girl around the house. The cashier said it was ok, but when my sister left they were speaking out loud saying that since the store was closing soon that if she didn't make it back in time she would not be able to make any purchase. Then they were speaking very loud saying that they have overridden the product since they do it all the time but that they don't feel like doing it. I don't understand what kind of customer service skills are being taught, but target is one of my favorite stores because of the customer service which is why I didn't go to the Walmart by my house. This was inconceivable! We didn't get the toy my niece wanted because they did not feel like it. There was a whole set on the shelves, I'm confused why would they have a product that can't be sold until July 25th out the stores. And on top of that be rude. I'm so disappointed and I will not be returning to this target ever. read more

Target - Prolly pocket set that cannot be sold until July 25th but is in stores. - Department Stores Near Me - North Miami Beach, Florida

Alright, everyone hates the 3% of Americans who have started couponing. I know, I get it. However, out of all the huffing and puffing in line behind me no one has ever offered to pay for ANYTHING - so wait your turn. That is the least of my worries however, stupid employees are more crucial to the failure in my process of checking out. First of all, I thought this was a great store. However, management has left people in control that are not able nor confident enough to make an executive decision when required. They were not willing to help. Customer service is a serious passion of mine. If you get to the register and have the wrong item do not expect the customer to walk back and forth the 3 miles to correct the issue, rather DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING AND WALK AWAY which is what I wish I would have done from the start of this fiasco. After my 4 mile walk, hour long checkout process that started at 10:45pm yet another product the "manager" decided was not eligible for sale she refused to go get it for me, or allow me to get it as she had to clear the floor of the store and they closed 30 minutes ago. Well hello McFly, I was in the checkout line prior to closing and would just simply like to purchase my items and walk away. She told me to come back tomorrow! I'm so heated, the store manager is not even the go to person for this instance, this is a District Management issue quite frankly. What was even more complicated in this situation is that my time was not nearly as valuable as her employee's and herself that needed to go home. So guess what - I LEFT EVERYTHING THERE! read more

Today I went in to buy a few things and first off, there were so many employees being rude to customers it was unreal. But it happens so I went about my business and grabbed a Synergy Kombucha drink and checked out. When I got home, I took the Synergy out of the bag to open it when I saw the expiration date: 12/19/2015! It is 1/10/2016 so this bottle is almost a month expired. Now, for most juices, a month isn't a huge deal because most juices are processed and have preservatives. However, Synergy is an organic and RAW product which means its expiration date is more than a mere suggestion. I understand human error happens but a month? I immediately called the target and talked to a guy who said he would have one of his guys check the juices and pull any other expired juices. He had such a bad attitude about it though. When I went back tonight to return the juice and get a refund, I went back to the cooler to check for myself and sure enough, there were more expired juices! Either that guy lied to me or something. The concerning part for me was that the bottles that expired in 2015 were in front of bottles that are good until 9/2016. This means that whoever stocked the cooler intentionally put the expired/rotting bottles in front of the non-expired bottles. Ridiculous. I took a few of the expired/rotting bottles to the check out area where there was a manager, Tameeka(sorry if that is misspelled). I explained the situation and showed her the bottles and she showed concern and apologized for the situation, which I did appreciate. It turns out that for certain products like the Synergy juice, a third party vendor delivers and stocks it. And no one from the Target staff actually double checks things. The manager did tell me that would be following up on it right away. So if you shop here for perishables, I would strongly suggest you double check the expiration dates. read more
