This is critical. It took a while to get the pieces but that's to be expected with the supply chain issues going on. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Very good materials used. Also the team of installers are very skilled and professional. They are really focused on doing a good job, leave your place clean and genuinely care. Communication is also good. We never waited more than 1 day for a reply to any question or concern. We get a lot of compliments on the pieces. Would highly recommend.

Not to mention how beautiful everything was. Here it is 10 years later and I am still obsessed with their furniture only now, after seeing them in Brazil, I have them right here in my USA back yard with 2 gorgeous high end showrooms, one in Mid Town Miami close to the Design District and another 2 story stunning one in Fort Lauderdale, oh and a really nice Outlet in Doral. I can't say enough about them, the design team, sales team, and management are seamless and fluid, from home staging, designing impressive model units both big and small, interior designing exclusively with Saccaro furniture to custom made furniture that seems like an endless array of options, I couldn't be happier. Everyone should visit their showrooms before they step foot into the same old, same old, furniture stores of Miami.

The owner from Margaux Interiors & her niece came to our home in Pinecrest, Florida during the…read morerenovation stage. After a walk through with little consultation, Margarita asked for $500. My husband & I were shocked because we weren't told of this fee ahead of time! Because I lived on the other coast, and needed assistance in Miami; we gave her $500 with understanding that the money would go toward services & store purchases. My sister & I made a 2.5 hour trip from Naples to go over reupholstery fabrics with Margarita and her niece. The quote was astronomically high in comparison with other quotes. Miami house project was put on hold due to unforseen issues with the renovation. I contacted Margarita to let her know this & explained that I'd be in contact when we moved into the home. There was a scheduled appointment in May 2019 for a 2nd house visit which was cancelled due to a complication babysitting her grandson. After trying to contact Margarita to finalize the job (sent 5 emails & 2 phone calls with NO reply) I received email stating "not taking in new projects & she hopes I find someone" This was not a new project - we gave her $500. Buyer BewareDo not give this company your hard earned money!

From day one, Bridget has been extremely helpful with design suggestions and most of all, with recommendations to Captiva's preferred contractors. We have had a lot of work done, from removal of popcorn ceilings, to retexturing ceilings, paint entire interior, demolition of walls and built-in furniture, new improved lighting, new master bath, plus guest bath and half bath suites, and even removal of ALL flooring (tile and carpets) and installation of new 32" tiles. Every contractor was on time, professional, clean, wore masks throughout the pandemic, and simply cared about their job.
