Then, contracted with independent installers who completed the job in a professional workmen like manner which was later inspected by one of the installers supervisors and then again by the representative of Miami Carpet and Tile who had sold me the tile. In all, I was very pleased with my purchase, the assistance that they gave to me and with their overall performance. In later discussing my completed project and in reviewing the work others had had performed by other tile providers, it became evident to me that I was lucky I had had done business with Miami Carpet & Tile rather than those other sources.

Well guess what - it didn't even come close because using a water based polyurethane will only give you a natural color not the darker finish I had. They had no idea of this and were trying to put a stain on my floor to match the rest of the floor. Now as a Bona Certified Craftsman that has been in business for 12 years you would expect him to be educated in what he does but they were clueless. He told us the job would take 3 days but they were done in 7 hours because water based can be reapplied in 2 hours versus oil based that has to dry overnight. He stole our $1,000. deposit justifying it that he sanded the floor. He claims he wasted product but how is that our fault if he doesn't know what he is doing!

These stains are not coming off & not drying. We are in kitchen business & have never experienced such horrible quality stone that stains & you cant remove the stains. We spent a lot of money on this stone & we can't use this kitchen. We were dealing with Jose. And used Sealer & Polisher recommended by Jose. But none of those products work to remove the stains. All Stones is not responding to calls or messages. The worst stone & the worst customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
