I'd highly recommend working with him as he's very honest, is responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best result. We put in a new laminate floor throughout our house and the installers did a great job with the quality of the install, but one of the lighter shade boards looked a little out of place given it was right under the front of the fridge. Clay made sure the installers came back to replace it to ensure the full project was done perfectly. Really happy with the end product and the price point was solid especially given the quality of the job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

We were also very happy with the price--it was very affordable for the quality of work and materials. It's clear this team takes pride in what they do. Thank you for sending such a great crew. We truly appreciate their effort and professionalism, and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to update their floors.

At 9:01 AM, Christopher texted saying the installer had a "serious health issue" and was at the hospital. Whether that's true or just an excuse, I'll never know. My 1‑star review isn't about the cancellation itself -- it's about the complete lack of professionalism and the last‑minute notification after the job was supposed to start. The communication was unacceptable.

We had vinyl flooring installed throughout the second floor of our home and custom vinyl stair…read moretreads done by Sawgrass Floors, and unfortunately, the quality of the work has been deeply disappointing. The flooring in my daughter's room is buckling, and the custom stair treads are cracking due to improper installation. The stairs squeak terribly, and all the mitered corners of the stairs are loose and coming apart. I have been incredibly patient, waiting for over a year for Sawgrass Floors to address and repair these issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they are no longer responding and appear unwilling to stand behind their work. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret choosing Sawgrass Floors for this project. I cannot recommend them based on the poor quality of the installation and their complete lack of accountability or customer service.

I worked for John for over a decade and after 13 years I cant take no more! Im writtting this review to warn future customers that the money he used to pay for your floors is gone! What he does is this: he will take your deposit, tell you that it will take weeks to get the product, Use that money to pay other things, hope that a new customer will come and give another deposit to pay for your product, but when that didnt happen he would hold on to my money and use that to pay for the product, and when it was time to repay me, he would cut part of it and push to "next payment"! By doing that the snowball rolled to more than $30k and now that he doesnt have that "bank" along him, be careful! I thought he was an honest man, even going against what a lot o people say about him, but after what he did last time (holding $17k from a job done at the JCC Pembroke Pines.)saying he will have to repay for a job done in August that a glue failure resulted in replacement of 1200 feet, which he tried really hard to blame me (when we both know he changed the glue we being using for more than 7 years to a glue $20 / a bucket cheaper to "try it out"). I even knowing it was not my fault said...its ok, ill replace the floor, but pay me for what you own me from last job, well he didnt! It was just an excuse to hold my money which he spent it already! So again....be careful, im not there to help pay for your material anymore!

As I have a lot of difficulty with colors, he kindly came to my home and assisted me in my selection. Then, contracted with independent installers who completed the job in a professional workmen like manner which was later inspected by one of the installers supervisors and then again by the representative of Miami Carpet and Tile who had sold me the tile. In all, I was very pleased with my purchase, the assistance that they gave to me and with their overall performance. In later discussing my completed project and in reviewing the work others had had performed by other tile providers, it became evident to me that I was lucky I had had done business with Miami Carpet & Tile rather than those other sources.
