I can't say enough about Patrick and 305 Closets! As the dates of World Cup were creeping up upon…read moreus, our family decided to move out of our downtown condo to open an Airbnb business. As part of that process, we learned that certain areas of our home needed to be shut-off from the guests (from a locked storage cabinet in the bathroom to keep shampoo, 200 mini soap bars, etc. -- to our home's main storage closet with our luggage stored and other items). Originally, we began calling door companies to get customized doors which would lock. As we began to investigate, we came across 305 Closets among the listed door companies. Odd, but -- hey -- okay! It was a simple and short phone call. Next, Patrick came out quickly, drew up his ideas, and said that all of the storage regions could be linked together via one (1) key so we wouldn't have to track multiple keys!!! "LOVE it!!!" was the reaction. The work was completed promptly and we couldn't be happier. Glossy, long, elegant doors with chunky silver handles. A NEW storage closet that was built from floor-to-ceiling, and more. All of this from scratch!! And, all of this was done via a few sketches from the owner, Patrick. His work is absolutely excellent. He isn't 305 Closets, okay?!? He is a creative artist who can provide a terrific "design vision" for your home. He created ultimate beauty for us -- only increasing the value of our home. Thanks to Patrick, 305 Closets!!! So thrilled with all of the projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Within a day of receiving our call, Patrick came over and sketched out our 2 master closets, a custom bathroom vanity with hidden hamper, and laundry room shelving. He literally came over 2 days before Christmas. By New Years Eve, I had 2 closets and a laundry room. We were thrilled with the product and told Patrick that as we began to expand our home, we would reach out to him in the future. Fast forward to 2019, we called Patrick when it was time to do the nursery for our baby girl. She needed a fabulous closet too! Patrick came over and worked with us and our very strange shaped closet. Unlike other places, like the Container Store that could not adapt to the space we needed, Patrick really made the most practical use of the space for the closet. He also helped us have some extra storage space by building us some shelving for our home office. We did have to wait longer this time to get the work done, but we were very pleased with the finished product and his price. We have recommended Patrick to our friends and will continue to use his services in the future.

I feel compelled to share the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I had been looking…read moreforward to having a new closet for a long time, and it was a significant financial effort on my part to invest in this service, only to be treated in this manner. From the start, communication regarding measurements and designs was complicated and full of errors. On the day of installation, after going back and forth over the measurements, I discovered that the closet was made with the wrong measurements. The installer informed me that he had to leave because the measurements were incorrect and that he didn't know when he could return. This situation was especially frustrating because I had reserved the elevator three weeks in advance and had taken the day off from work for the installation. When I called the office, instead of offering an apology or solution, the owner was rude and accused me of being disrespectful simply for expressing my frustration with the situation. I had to almost beg for them to come and fix it the same day. Later, when I realized that the drawers I ordered with special measurements were also incorrect, I called again to complain. Once again, no apology was offered. When they finally showed up, almost at 4:00 p.m., they brought a new measurement that wasn't what had been agreed upon with the designer. When I expressed my frustration with the ongoing mistakes, the owner decided to call the installers and tell them to leave all the wood pieces behind and not install the closet. I had to go downstairs and practically beg the installers to proceed with the installation since they had only left the pieces on the floor. By that point, I had already paid 80% of the total cost of the work. The installers informed me that the owner had told them to leave and that I needed to contact the office. I called again, and after much insistence, they agreed to install it the same day, but they demanded that I pay the remaining balance upfront before they would begin the installation, even though the original agreement was for payment at the end of the service. I had no choice but to pay, as the owner threatened that the installers would leave if I didn't comply. This has been, without a doubt, the worst service experience of my life. I feel completely disappointed and frustrated, especially since I trusted this company to fulfill their promises. I highly recommend that others avoid this service at all costs--not only because of the lack of professionalism and repeated mistakes, but also because of the disrespectful attitude and threats from the owner.

Our salesperson, Kore, was very helpful & responsive, but even more importantly, the warehouse/delivery team headed by our contact Michael, was fantastic. They delivered on constantly changing & very short notice. AND the actual delivery guys were pleasant, efficient & out in a flash. Bo Concept has some great stuff. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey versus other places. Highly recommended though!

My husband & I were shocked because we weren't told of this fee ahead of time! Because I lived on the other coast, and needed assistance in Miami; we gave her $500 with understanding that the money would go toward services & store purchases. My sister & I made a 2.5 hour trip from Naples to go over reupholstery fabrics with Margarita and her niece. The quote was astronomically high in comparison with other quotes. Miami house project was put on hold due to unforseen issues with the renovation. I contacted Margarita to let her know this & explained that I'd be in contact when we moved into the home. There was a scheduled appointment in May 2019 for a 2nd house visit which was cancelled due to a complication babysitting her grandson. After trying to contact Margarita to finalize the job (sent 5 emails & 2 phone calls with NO reply) I received email stating "not taking in new projects & she hopes I find someone" This was not a new project - we gave her $500. WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT TRUST…read more I took my 5' x 8' rug to this place for cleaning. I thought I ought not to clean it myself but instead entrust the work to professionals. They called me a week later to tell me they had ruined my rug, so I showed up to see the damage. All the colors had run into each other and it was completely useless. Trying to improve the damage, they poured bleach on some parts of it, which only made it worse. I expected a full refund, of course, and I had the receipt of the rug with me. Not only was the owner the RUDEST person I have met, but he refused to apologize for the damage. After three hours (YES, THREE HOURS) of negotiation and insistence on my part I was forced to walk out of this store with a ruined rug and a check for half it's worth. They would not make a full refund based on the fact that the rug was "dirty" and had 1 year worth of use when I delivered it to them, hence in their eyes they should only compensate for half. However, one week ago I at least had 1 useful rug. Now I have 0 rugs and a check that cannot buy me a replacement. I am utterly disgusted with these people's professionalism and work ethics and I will never return. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
