So I jumped from the frying pan into the fire. No only does my phone get hot but I have to wonder around my house to get good reception. I use my phone for work and work from home. So it difficult. I have had my phone for 7 months and have changed it out 5 times. Verizon has sent to this store to change out the phone and this location got me in touch with over the phone customer support, and Verizon said we can send you a 17 and use it because my wife had one upgrade so I did it to to get a phone that works. That phone never arrived and never signed for, but Verizon is not listening, and the phone shows delivered. And the story of crappy service continues and no results from calling Verizon. So this past Monday I finally got a tier 2 technician and thought my problems are solved, they promised me a new phone and signal extender and nothing. Another call to Verizon and talked with a young lady who helped me with a new phone, but the phone did not upload my information and was stuck. So I took it over to the Verizon could help, they would but at a cost, and I said to the lady that I was not happy and was describing all the issues I have had and you Shit to describe my frustration and they would not help me. Was I wrong to use shit as an expressive way to show my frustration, but completely condemned and service was not rendered. For some reason the phone started updating and working but away from my house. I am completely done with Verizon, there is no where a customer can go to get customer service and AI has made the experience more frustrating.

Instead, the agent set up a new iPhone with the business number using a different number and also added a free iPad and Apple Watch to the business account. We have written proof of our instructions. It cost nearly $ 4,000.00 (the cost of moving all lines and equipment to T-Mobile) to release my business number and pay for items I did not request. This was not a mistake but a deliberate act of deception and fraud by this store agent and AT&T Mobility. I am pursuing remedies through the proper regulatory agencies. THIS IS THE WORST WIRELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If there was a rating below 1, I would use it.

Customer service told me to go to the store. At the store, the manager tried the same steps on my phone, hit the same error, then said he'd get his iPad. He never came back. Instead, another employee appeared, admitted he didn't know the process, and offered only excuses: "new system," "account too big," "call the business liaison." No one could solve a basic problem. The runaround is unbelievable. The incompetence is unacceptable. This is why customers lose trust in AT&T.

    Went in to get replacement screen protectors I already purchased for life of phone. The manager…read moresaid we don't have them anymore and I need to pay for new one. When I said that's not right he said it's not his problem and walked away laughing. Rude and obnoxious and I'll never shop there again. They lost my business. I called the 800 number and they said they will make me an appt to get the correct protector free of charge and the manager should have offered that. If you wanna work in retail you need to be customer focused and this manager was more concerned with talking with his co workers than helping me.
