Thirty minutes later we picked up my phone with the new screen however the phone kept rebooting when using any app, including making calls. We took the phone back immediately and the technician blamed the case, the battery and finally when he was proven wrong on each matter, he simply said that the phone was old. Additionally he claimed that the vibrator was broken which wasn't before I submitted it to them. Later I found out that the battery wouldn't charge and I wasn't even able to sync as well. Lack of integrity with incompetence makes for the worst customer service . The technician didn't even attempt to fix what he had broken and we were not given a refund. So basically we paid $55.00 to have my phone broken and lose a lot of valuable data.

While the first technician was repairing the charging port, he asked whether I also wanted to replace the battery because he said it was not in good condition. He explained that since the phone was already open, he could replace the battery for less than the normal price. I agreed. After he finished, I checked the battery settings and the battery performance was still showing 65%, the same as before the replacement. I asked him about this, and he told me that it would improve to 100% within 24 hours. He also told me that if it did not improve, I should bring the phone back within two days and they would replace it again. Unfortunately, the battery continued to perform the same way after the repair. I wasn't able to return immediately because of personal circumstances, so I went back about a week later. There was a different technician working that day. I explained what had happened and told him what the first technician had told me about returning if the battery did not improve. The second technician told me that he was not as experienced or trained as the first technician and did not want to open the phone to work on the battery. I left without the battery issue being resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store for phone repair. I paid to have the battery replaced, but the battery performance remained at 65%, and when I returned to have the issue addressed, it was not resolved. I am also pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels regarding the charge.
