worst truck rental for a budget truck i have ever been to, counter guy wont let you take the truck…read moreyou requested a month in advance with your own insurance, and wants to make you buy his insurance in the computer saying you need a cdl license to drive the 16ft truck or you will get impounded and lose your truck if getting pulled over because my insurance does not cover the cost of damage on the liability side saying progressive is not good enough. told me if i dont rent with the insurance he wont let me take the truck. the truck was disgusting as soon as we walked outside to it, it was dirty and filthy in the front cab steering wheel the floor the windshiled it was covered in sticky dirty residue all over, and the bed of the truck rental was filthy inside the back there was old wood cut broken like off a pallet style, tons of screws and nails, dirty mud chunks and it looks like it has never been cleaned since the truck was purchased i have phots and videos of the truck. the guy at the counter told me the 800 line is not accurate to use my own insurance to rent the truck, he said theyre prob in some other country and dont know what they are talking about i said i can call them infront of him and he would not listen or try to even do anything but cancel the order on me right there. but when i returned the truck to a diff drop off location the guys at the counter said i can rent the biggest truck on the lot no cdl license needed and my insurance would cover me and give me no issues...... this place is a joke at this location, guy is very demanding and tries to force his insurance on at the time of pickup. go elsewhere this place is no good. i contacted the budget 800 and reported the incident i ran into never again here at this location out of all my rentals i never had such a bad experience

I was redoing my kitchen and two bathrooms and came to Geo's for tile. I knew the aesthetic I…read morewanted, but couldn't really find what I was looking for at other suppliers around Raleigh. Their showroom is beautiful, with so many unique styles of very high end tile. I ended up working with a designer at Geo's and she helped me select the floor tile and backsplash in my kitchen. I ended up with a very unique tile design in my bathroom. The floor, shower and wall were 3 different tiles that came together beautifully. I could not be more happy with the results, prices and service I received at Geo's!!

The installation and product quality of our bathroom countertop from Geo's deserves 5 stars…read more Unfortunately, the customer service deserves zero. In addition to being slow to return phone calls and emails, and our countertop arriving to be installed with literally 15 minutes notice, ineffective customer service led us to believe we were choosing one of two finishes for a product that in actuality doesn't exist. What should have been communicated as "there is a range of variety in how the finished product will look" was instead described to me on more than one occasion as "you can pick between A and B." Miscommunications certainly happen, and this seems to be the result of an inadequately educated employee who I learned is no longer employed by the company. When I called to express frustrations and figure out what had happened, the response I received was completely lacking in any sort of understanding, or genuine apology and instead contained a list of reasons why things are hard on their end. Very sour end to what had been an otherwise good experience, and thankfully the end product is of expected quality, but I would not work with them again.

They redid my master shower and I absolutely love it!!I travel a lot for work and I want it…read moresomething that resembled what I'm used to in nice hotels. Everyone was super professional and did a quality work from the installer to the person who did my custom glass. The price was a little bit more expensive than what some other contractors offered, but because Bryson's had such a wonderful lifetime guarantee, I thought the price was worth it. One thing I'll never have to worry about is anything happening with the shower as they will always honor their promise.

Like Mage, we had a very pricey, acrylic shower installed by Bryton's, two years ago. I did not…read morewrite a review at the time, not because they did not do a good job, but I thought $10,000 was way too much for a 42" x 60" walk-In "plastic" shower.. especially since I had tore out the old bath and drywall, having it ready for the install. So what brought on this 5-star review all-of-a-sudden, you ask? Well, about two months ago, the floor pan (also plastic) started to bubble up. After calling, one of the Bryton crew came out and found that it was "de-laminating". He told us that it was all good since it was warranted for Life! To make a longer story short.. the guys were out within a few weeks, ripped out the entire shower, and installed a brand new replacement. And they did all of this with a big smile on their faces, as if they were really happy to have us as customers! Needless to say, we no longer feel so bad about the initial cost. It is worth it in the long run if this is the level of customer service to expect! Thank you Bryton's and Staff...

From the very start, my sales rep, Lee, was absolutely wonderful to work with, guiding me in my purchase and helping me all along the way during my selection process and advising me on getting the space ready for the delivery. The removal of the old refrigerator plus the delivery and installation went great. Michael, Chris -- all the guys -- were wonderful, but RON, the amazing Ron, went above and beyond in the installation process and took extra steps on his own that ended up saving me money or an extra call to a plumber. It's always nice when someone saves me time and money! Everyone was so professional and pleasant, plus -- and this is something that makes certain service industry people stand out from the crowd -- they arrived ON TIME. I am thrilled. Lee and Ron also helped me with my JennAir downdraft cooktop last fall. Expert advice, professionalism, promptness -- you cannot ask for more. I love these people! I will certainly return to Kitchen and Bath for my future appliance needs.
