Unfortunately I've been to others around here and they aren't nearly as fast or knowledgeable. I've been here a few times now and they almost know what I need just from a description of what I'm looking for. It's quite impressive. He then asked me what kind of paint I wanted. I said "I am sorry can you ask that a different way, I am confused" and he repeated "what kind of paint". I had already decided on flat so I didn't know what other details he wanted. I responded quizzically "Sherwin Williams" to which he said "would you go to a Ford dealership and ask for Ford paint?" That doesn't make sense to me - Ford doesn't manufacture paint. I walked out - and will not return. What would have been helpful was an explanation of options.
