I had a list of paint colors I'd wanted to check out, and he half-heartedly went and got two of them for me before going back to his phone. I assumed it was an off day and decided to give them another try the next week, only to find them "closed for lunch". Another customer was outside wondering why they would be randomly closed at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. Giving them an extra star because the shop itself is clean, and you really have to work hard to get a one-star review from me. That said, based on my two experiences, I don't recommend this shop.

Unfortunately I've been to others around here and they aren't nearly as fast or knowledgeable. Super friendly staff, clean store, easy to get to, and as always, quality paint. Working on fixing some areas of my 1970s townhouse and was pulling my hair out so to speak working on a few projects in particular. Zoltan at this location to the rescue. Not only was his patience with me exceptional, but his knowledge of the paints and other products was superb! I'm happily all finished with a few of my main projects now, but will be back for my future paints and stains. Ps, any customer not familiar with Sherwin Williams better figure out real quick that there are contractors in and out non stop and you're not going to be waited on hand and foot. Learn some patience. I couldn't believe the number of rude comments I read on other review sites about how long people had to wait to be helped. It's not Chick Fil A, deal with it.

Every time I've been in they have asked if I needed help. They are always great at getting the samples together. I had an issue with a certain color since it didn't quite mix out probably in the small sample size. The employees tried their best to make it perfect, but they warned me that it wouldn't be exact just because the color mix couldn't be broken down that much. This shop also has all the supplies you would need to paint a room or get a small project done. I'd recommend going over the weekend or later in the day since in on week day mornings they are pretty busy getting all the contractor orders together!

I took my paint list from my builder looking for a gallon of exterior sherwin Williams paint. I had the name and the 4 digit code. I explained it was to paint siding of an addition. I had already decided on flat so I didn't know what other details he wanted. I responded quizzically "Sherwin Williams" to which he said "would you go to a Ford dealership and ask for Ford paint?" That doesn't make sense to me - Ford doesn't manufacture paint. I walked out - and will not return. What would have been helpful was an explanation of options.
