I was told that it was 25 cents per square foot and that it would be 3-4 weeks for the takeoff. I then sent off my plans to the email provided. April 28th I called back because I had no correspondence back to said email. Then I was told it was not sent out and that they would wave the fee for the takeoff. I kept reaching out to get status of my takeoff and was told the VP would reach out after discussing my concerns with the manager on May 21st. Was not called by the VP that day. We finally get in contact with said VP and they are less than helpful. Finally after 7 weeks we get the takeoff...no 3d rendering. Just the takeoff. Then they tell us our nearly 20 grand project is "too small" for the 3d renderings. In which no where is mentioned on their website. Let this be your warning. They will waste your time and money.

Bed Bath & Beyond exhibits typical characteristics for a chain store: been in one, been in them…read moreall. This one is conveniently located to me and was frequently visited right after I moved here. It's very hard, almost impossible, to see from Strickland Road. It's behind the Cook Out restaurant, between Food Lion and Home Depot. BB&B has more than bed and bath stuff - nearly anything you could want for your bedroom, bathroom or kitchen can be found here. Other items are available like iHomes for your iPods, picture frames, wall art, patio furniture, humidifiers, fans and even some As Seen On TV gadgets. Most of them time, particularly with the kitchen section, it can be nearly impossible to figure out where you might find something -- items aren't always where you'd think they'd be. BB&B has a Wedding Registry also. The prices are fairly high though; I rarely visit BB&B without one of their 20% off coupons which arrive in the mail every so often. I've been looking for a while for a replacement filter for my humidifier I bought from them with no luck. This past weekend I was on the hunt for some deep dish stoneware, also with no luck. I recommend visiting here -- with the coupon. Otherwise, try another store where you'll get more bang for your buck.

They carry a nice variety of hummingbird feeders and bird houses too. They are expanding the plant selection but right now they have great plants. The reason for the 4 stars is that my friend and I were in the store for a good ten minutes (it's not a giant store) and no one greeted or acknowledged us. There were three employees. Finally, a nice lady asked if we needed help with anything and we informed her and thanked her that she offered to help and then she was the first person to say some thing. She was visibly upset about that and informed us that she was the general manager and she was new. She immediately went to the other employees and said some thing to them, and I think they were all quite surprised. Bottom line when there's customers in your store an employee needs to say hello and ask if the customer needs any help that's basic 101.
