As I walked in and was greeted by a guy. I said I was sent down from Battery shop, he said the number ID of the battery I needed. I did not say a word and he knew what I was looking for. He said the Battery place sends a lot of people down. They were out of stock on that battery at the time. Knowing what the guy at the Vape/ Smoke shop told me , why did the guy at the Battery place sell me a battery he knew did not work. That was a 54 mile trip to and from this business. Instead of doing the right thing for customers, they will sell you what knowingly will not work. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this business. They wasted my time, miles on my car and gas. I called on Sunday 4/14 at 2:30 pm to inquire about getting my phone repaired. I was told I could drop off the phone and pick it up Monday 4/15 for a 24 hour repair. The store associate confirmed he had the phone part so I dropped of my phone that afternoon at 3:30pm. Monday at 5:30 I stopped by to pick up my phone and the store associate said they were waiting on a part, and it wasn't ready but would be ready Tuesday early afternoon. I called Tuesday (before driving out there) at 11:00 am and was told the shipment still hadn't arrived but it would in the next hour and my phone would be ready to pick up that evening before close. I drove by that evening around 6:30 pm and I was told "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready" - they had not started. The store associate said it would now be ready "Wednesday morning when we open". I asked for a specific time, and I was told 10 or 10:30. Wednesday morning 4/17 I called at 10:30am and asked for the status. I was told "in the next 30 to 1 hour". At 11:30 I drove to pick up my phone and the associate said "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready. It will be another hour." At this point, I asked for my phone back and I told the man I would take it somewhere else. He said he couldn't do that because he already started the repair. I said, I don't care - give me the pieces and ill take it somewhere else. He said no. I told him I refused to pay, and he said then "you won't get your phone then". At this point I decided to wait in the store until he finished. I waited for about 50 minutes until my phone was done. I was offered no accommodation or discount. Being desperate, I accepted under the front desk's assurance that my phone is "probably" going to be fixed, and this is a just in case thing. Sure enough, they hold my phone for 3 days with no news. On the fourth day, I get a message saying 'come pick your phone up, we can't fix it because we can't find the faulty part'. I ask for information about the faulty part, and they give me none. Moreover the lady at the front desk has the audacity to act exasperated and condescending when I ask for information about which part exactly is broken, and acts as if I'm being rude and unreasonable for asking for my money's worth on the diagnostics. She lies and tells me the part is not available in the US, when it is available everywhere online. I suspect that they ruined something else on my phone and didn't want to fix it because of that, so I'll be using another repair service to see if that's the case. The positive reviews are probably fake accounts from China, don't trust them.

Frustrated and out of options, I was on my way to a shop to ship my computer off for two months--already resigned to buying a temporary PC in the meantime. Then, I decided to stop by Undead electronics on the way, and everything changed. Not only could they fix my motherboard, but they evaluated it immediately and told me on the spot whether it was repairable. They even had it ready the same day! I wish I had found this place sooner. The customer service while busy was quick and very friendly. The fact that this was the only place in Raleigh that I could find to solder my battery pin back to the motherboard was surprising, but I am incredibly thankful for their expertise and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fast, high-quality computer repairs.
