I was informed twice to do different things once already because I had went to this location before and they told me to call the customer service folks then I come back to the store and once I came in with my issue the customer rep Franco whose "been connecting customers with service since 2007" decided to give me attitude and act as if he didn't want to help. I told him that the customer service rep on the phone instructed me to bring it to the store and he immediately stated "he is not calling anyone " as of if I was pulling his teeth. The entire interaction was handled poorly and I honestly have no respect for that man after experiencing this today. Really hope he takes some time to reflect on his behavior because he really made my day a little sour since he was so quick to not want to act. Really doesn't reflect well on the business to have representatives act as the customer is bringing a problem when the customer is not the one who knows the policies like the back of their hand ". Don't work a customer service job/role and act like you don't want to help a customer. I don't review often but this had to be said, just an FYI to those who shop or use this location.

Wow! Terrific customer service and our iPhone was ready when promised - great experience!…read more We stopped in at 10 am, dropped off our iPhone for a battery replacement and for new gorilla glass install. We were told it would be about 2 hours. We ran some errands, came back by and Serena (who is wonderful!) said it would be about another 15 minutes. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, we received the text on our other phone that our repair was done. Very professional, very clean store and they are abiding by all Covid rules. Recommend this location highly - great location but if you are a WF resident, you know this parking lot can be a real pain. Very small parking spaces and not a lot of room to navigate - I'd recommend parking by Vitamin Shoppe and walking over, just easier to get in and out of lot from that side. $119 for iPhone 7 Plus battery and brand new glass

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR COMPUTER…read more If I could give zero stars, trust me I would! I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

He did not check the charge on the battery before giving it to me. I get the battery home and install it into my UPS and the unit shows no charge in the battery. I call the store and speak with Megan. I tell her I am going to charge the battery and she says the UPS itself may be faulty. I agree. I charge the battery for 16 hours overnight with little hope. I turn it on, and lo and behold the UPS is showing a full battery charge. When I call to tell them they sold me an uncharged battery Megan tells me that this was "impossible" because all their batteries are sold fully charged. She speaks with Chris the manager, and comes back again with the same lame excuse "We only sell fully charged batteries." Well, pretty obvious that was not my experience. The arrogance is unreal. I am not offered a discount for my inconvenience, or at the very least, a longer warranty (they offer 1 year with battery purchases). Not even an apology. I doubt they care, but I will not return to this store.

I said great I will get that and want the most basic phone package that is $45 a month as this is for my teenage daughter and she doesn't need anything elaborate. He said sure thing. I paid my taxes on the phone ($80ish) and left. Shocked is an understatement when I received my bill and my daughter's phone charge was $131.00! I called Verizon and they explained to me that I was being charged for the phone, along with the ultimate unlimited package and a hotspot package..!!! I told the guy what happened in the store and he said yes, this guy scammed you like a used car salesman! There were 3 staff persons available and no customers. Andrew S. was the person who assisted us with the upgrade. Initially, Andrew said they didn't have any iPhone 14 Pro Max in stock and it would need to be ordered, which she decided to do. Andrew decided to check the back and they had one available. Andrew also told us that a customer bought a watch and retuned it but never used it. Since my sis got a new phone, there was a $250 off deal for series 8 Apple Watch. It also had a $50 coupon on it. I decided to get it and upgrade my Apple Watch SE. There was a $35 activation fee for both the watch and the phone. Since the devices were still attached to other orders, Andrew had to call Verizon to remove/cancel them. This was what made the visit take FOREVERRRR! It started to get busy as well. At one point, all the agents were with people and there were 3 people waiting. After waiting a bunch of waiting, Andrew told us around 1:40pm that it was giving him a bunch of hassle with him canceling the order that was connected to the device. While I appreciate his attempts and I know that it's out of his control, we did waste like 30+ minutes. Andrew ordered the purple iPhone 14 pro max 128GB online. He said it would be here (in store)in a week. I paid for the activation fee for the Series 8 watch, obtained the watch from Andrew, and then we left. When I got back to my brothers house, I checked my email and saw the order placed but it said it was shipping to my house in 2 days... I hope that's wrong as it's not what we were told, especially as I live 1.5 hours away, but we shall see.
