The person there immediately assumed it was beyond repair and referred me to a company where I would have to send my phone away in the mail. Not much help there. I walked into Pro Wireless and explained my issue. The person who was working there was professional and immediately suggested it could be a sensor that got damaged from water. We left the phone and he told us to come back in an hour, as well as the price of the replacement part (the sensor). We return in an hour and the phone works just as it did prior to the issue. Turns out it was the sensor and my phone is now working just fine! Affordable, professional and knowledgable. Saved me a lot of money!

I'm leaving this anywhere that I can find a review as a warning for others.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR COMPUTER…read more If I could give zero stars, trust me I would! I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

I began my day by spending about an hour trying to submit a printing project through the FedEx…read morewebsite for the Hillsborough Street location in Raleigh (Store #1519). The site did not provide an option to upload an Excel spreadsheet for legal-size paper, which meant I couldn't preview how the two-page document would print. Because of this, I emailed the file directly to the store with all the details needed for the order. When I arrived at the store, I explained the website issue and asked Sharon if she could print the document so I could confirm the final layout. The initial print showed the font was slightly too small, and increasing it from size 11 to 12 would have produced a perfect result. Sharon informed me that she could not (would not) adjust the font on her end and that I would need to do this for her and resend the request. This would have required driving back home, changing the font on the file, then navigating school traffic again, and hoping for a parking spot in an already limited lot. It was clear from her demeanor that I was an inconvenience, and that my business was not worth the 60 seconds of her time it would have taken to make the adjustment. One minute of Sharon's assistance would have been the difference between a satisfied customer and a frustrated one. I know FedEx has the capability to adjust font size on a CSV/Excel spreadsheet file. It's straightforward and has been done for me at this same location before. I've spent my entire career in customer service, so I understand what good service looks like. Unfortunately, this was not even close.
