Kiana was wonderful; I was having a few problems with AT&T just about refusing to let my phone go so I could switch over to US Cellular. We probably sat there for 1.5 hrs+ going round and round with AT&T and not only was she being super patient but was a lot of fun to talk to, too. Never tried to sell us anything we didn't need, they were super helpful, and we had a good experience at this location! read more

Absolutely do not do business with these people. They are predatory in their approach to selling their products and completely inflexible in dealing with customer issues. Save yourself the trouble and find ANY other cellular provider. The only reason they get even one star is because I can't give them a 0.2 star. Not to mention I literally overheard two of their sales associates discussing some folks who came in to get a product. This is a direct quote "What's their problem?" The reply? "They're old!" Just in case you might wonder how they view clients. read more

I really have had no problems with this company. I've been with them for many years and no problems yet. I've always been treated very professionally. The agent was always accommodating, and never pressured me to upgrade. The phone service is great. No problems as of now. Basically I m a happy customer. read more
