I walked into Pro Wireless and explained my issue. The person who was working there was professional and immediately suggested it could be a sensor that got damaged from water. We left the phone and he told us to come back in an hour, as well as the price of the replacement part (the sensor). We return in an hour and the phone works just as it did prior to the issue. Turns out it was the sensor and my phone is now working just fine! Affordable, professional and knowledgable. Saved me a lot of money!

I changed the reviews and called the store and was told that they did it and that I could take it down if I did not like it. That's deceitful and an invasion of privacy. A quick check for listings in Fuquay for help and called O'Reilly Auto Parts located near the CVS at the corner of Main and Ennis St. They had a guy at my home in less than 5 minutes, started my car and when I went to the store to pay, the charge was $0. This business did not know me, but their customer service exceeded expectations by 1000%. They will know me now because that will be where I will go for any of the items on their long list of services that they can provide. In my case, battery testing will be #1 on my list.

Additionally, their notification system, and tracking system for your incoming mail for your business is not reliable and for the cost to use this as your business address, many times they cannot find your packages or mail. Really hope he takes some time to reflect on his behavior because he really made my day a little sour since he was so quick to not want to act. When I went to the store to see about warranty or return, I was told that since I put gas and oil in it that it can not be returned. And if I pay them up front to diagnose it would cost me $60. And I would have to pay for anything they find that the manufacture warranty wouldn't pay for. I am currently waiting on the district manager to respond.
