Wow! Terrific customer service and our iPhone was ready when promised - great experience!…read more We stopped in at 10 am, dropped off our iPhone for a battery replacement and for new gorilla glass install. We were told it would be about 2 hours. We ran some errands, came back by and Serena (who is wonderful!) said it would be about another 15 minutes. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, we received the text on our other phone that our repair was done. Very professional, very clean store and they are abiding by all Covid rules. Recommend this location highly - great location but if you are a WF resident, you know this parking lot can be a real pain. Very small parking spaces and not a lot of room to navigate - I'd recommend parking by Vitamin Shoppe and walking over, just easier to get in and out of lot from that side. $119 for iPhone 7 Plus battery and brand new glass

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR COMPUTER…read more If I could give zero stars, trust me I would! I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

The person there immediately assumed it was beyond repair and referred me to a company where I would have to send my phone away in the mail. Not much help there. I walked into Pro Wireless and explained my issue. The person who was working there was professional and immediately suggested it could be a sensor that got damaged from water. We left the phone and he told us to come back in an hour, as well as the price of the replacement part (the sensor). We return in an hour and the phone works just as it did prior to the issue. Turns out it was the sensor and my phone is now working just fine! Affordable, professional and knowledgable. Saved me a lot of money!

I had not written a review and would not have written one using the account referenced. I have 3 Google accounts connected to my phone and all 3 had written a 5 star review. I'm leaving this anywhere that I can find a review as a warning for others.

Not great since they were bought out... I have been a buyer and seller here for years. However,…read moresince they were acquired by Quick Cash earlier this year, it is clear that the goal is basically to pay as little as possible and change policies that result in increased fees and forfeitures. Examples: -- They no longer allow you to renew online. You have to go into the store to pay cash. -- They have increased the threshold at which you get a "cheaper" rate from 500 to 1000 bucks... resulting in a net increase in the already exorbitant loan rates. -- Layaway terms have been decreased significantly from 6 months to 4 months. -- They don't send regular reminders as they used to nor do they call you. I was also told that you shouldn't trust the actual dates on the text messages that they send you -- they could be off and the forfeiture date is actually sooner than the text might state. -- If you go past the forfeiture date... even by a day... there is *NO* way to reactivate the loan. It Is gone FOREVER. -- prices that they loan are lower than before the buyout. Yet the prices they charge to buy is much higher. As an example, I was looking at a Kindle Scribe and they were charging about the same as the same new device from Amazon which are regularly on sale. For example, they were charging 235 for a used scribe. However, on that particular day, Amazon had the same NEW device on sale for 234. That said, they are still probably the best pawn shop in town... much better than Picasso Pawn. The employees are usually great (though New Bern is TERRIBLE due to a hostile arrogant manager).
