This is a fine place. If you are just dropping off an Amazon package but get a receipt! This is not a good place to get a mailbox, or to ship a package, or to get anything printed you will be overcharged grossly. Additionally, their notification system, and tracking system for your incoming mail for your business is not reliable and for the cost to use this as your business address, many times they cannot find your packages or mail. There are a lot of other choices, do yourself a huge favor and pick one of them instead. read more

I must say that this location of this store has the most hospitable and the most professional employees working at this location starting with dave,travis,tiffany who's my favorite of all simply cause her work ethics are above and beyond and her mannerism with all customers and she takes much pride in her work. Also i include andrew,cori but i will say all these employees in question all do their due diligence in taking much pride in what they do for a living and if any of these employees are up for a review and or promotion and raise in pay all i can say is very well deserved and must be recognized by management for all they do. read more

If I could put zero stars, I would. This experience was UNREAL! I needed a VIP (license for an airplane flight) item overnighted. I called and explained the scenario. They said the store closes at 4 and to get there by then. They FAILED to mentioned the truck for package pick up comes EARLIER. 6 hour drive needed and they have lost a customer. read more

$1.07 for 72 inches of tape and the labor to apply it?!?!? Be warned, tape up your package or bring your own to seal up your own box. The were very polite and apologetic, even more, when they informed me that they had to charge tax on the taping fee. Bring your own tape or bring your dollar and seven cents. read more

First things first, when you run a company the main focus should be your customers. With that being said, apparently this is the only shipping store in a Fuquay given this company a monopoly. I personally will never ship anything from this store again. The mature lady that operates this establishment is not a pleasant person to deal with and probably shouldn't be dealing with customers at all. One of the problems that I see here is that people are willing to accept sub par customer service and don't expect better. I dropped off a package that I had in my car and normally I can get the QR code scanned if I didnt print a shipping label but not today. I was charged a $1.91 to print a shipping label (excessive if you ask me). Now, I know everyone is trying to make money but ripping off your customer is a quick way to lose business. Why people continue to due business here is beyond me. The only thing I can think of for repeat customers must be out of convenience. It would be more convenient to travel 10 minutes to Hollysprings to ship packages or better yet use the post office (ok , maybe not the post office). Moral of the story, you do better when you know better. I gave this store two stars because the young men who work the weekends run this establishment way better but are only there on Saturdays other than that I would've gave this establishment 1 star. read more

1,000% Customer service & Customer satisfaction! My adult son is working in Spain, and BEFORE we knew all about COVID-19, I shipped a package to him from this UPS store. Things clamped down in Spain right after, and Customs would not allow the package to be accepted. (More stringent guidelines had gone into effect.) This UPS store continually communicated with International UPS and Customs in Spain, and finally had the box shipped back to the store. The local UPS store kept in touch with me via email and phone too! I went and picked the box up. And, not only was everything still intact in the box, but the local UPS store issued me a check with the full reimbursement for my cost of shipping! They surely didn't have to, but I'm very impressed! read more

I brought in small/med size box to ship with all paperwork filled out and was charged for a piece of tape they put on the box ! I didn't have my purse with me as I was dropping off. I had to go back to the car for $2.00 for a piece of tape ! I understand supplies cost and I would have no issue if I had come in unprepared and expected them to package/print/seal my package. I use UPS for personal and business and this is crazy for a piece of tape !!!! Customer NO SERVICE !!!! I was waited on by the manger and still received NO customer service read more

We went to get passport photos this morning and Jacob, the associate, was very helpful. In the 5 minutes we were there he waited on us and 3 other customers. We were in and out with our photos in 5 minutes!! Highly recommend! read more

These people are AMAZING!!. When I tell you customer service I mean grade AA. I had a valuable package dropped off here that UPS picked up from them but didn't scan. I waited 3 days and it never showed and no one knew where it was. The owner literally spent hours reviewing video showing how the package was picked up by UPS and then chased the package down for two days when UPS Corporate basically could/would do nothing but tell me to file a claim. Not only Dave the owner that helped but his staff were persistent to solving my extremely urgent an important to me need of this package. I literally thought it was impossible because big companies rarely provide this kind of in depth service but these folks are 5 Star in my book for reliability and service. read more
